I created an order and then cancelled soon after - even tried to call a few times as a back up communication to express my wishes but to no avail. When I got an email saying my order had shipped. I wrote back immediately questioning the shipment - the response I got was that they cannot cancel an order after 10 minutes. This is ridiculous - I think the truth is more like, they forgot to read my email and don't want to be held accountable for their mistake.
They are not able to fulfill orders, they will charge your credit card, no response from customer service, no refund, still waiting 3 weeks out...
My muti-billion dollar company had just applied for terms with this BS company whom didn't ask for ANY BANK INFO etc THEN replied within MINUTES VIA EMAIL stating we were DECLINED then followed by 6 more SOLICITATION HARASSING EMAILS TO BUY FROM THEM, FREE SHIPPING (BIG WHOOP!) etc.! NONE OF THEIR REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE ARE REAL! I'm a customer and there is NO OPTION NOR ANYWAY TO LEAVE A REVIEW! That means it was all done via the company's website writer!
Ordered 2 cartons of 6 mop heads each for $26.00 each. Received 2 mop heads total for over $54.00. Liars and thieves. Don't buy from these people. Run Screaming!
One of the worst companies to do business with. Shipments take FOREVER. Items just thrown in a box. Most arrived damaged. You call them they are not very helpful. Abundant e-mails are annoying.
This is a pretty scumming company. They send spam emails that I never wanted. And in the subject line, they use "Confidential."
That's designed to get me to open the email. I understand. But soooooo sleezy when I open it just to find a marketing coupon from a spammer.

YOU GUYS ARE ROBBERS AND MONEY STEALERS! Ordered 2 items from you, I never received them. I've been fighting my rights to receive my items I paid for, finally with the manager back and fourth he said he will re-send me the products I purchased, I'm waiting them too arrive and basically it arrives to me some product which I hadn't even ordered or needed. THIS COMPANY IS MESSED UP. There is no one to talk with, they are money stealers STAY AWAY FROM THSI COMPANY.
I purchased a flat mop the handle would not attach to the mop head and then they would not give me a refund or replacement and it brand new.
