Ordered July 13, not the first time, used them for prob 15 years and never an issue. Last order 2 of my items are not available through the manufacturer so contacted support who told me i cannot cancel cause it's been more than 2 hours since I've ordered, then told me I'd get a refund, two weeks later didn't get refunded so contacted again and was told that I'd get a refund when I shipped back the items, how do I ship back something you never sent me? So I have three items, two unavailable, they won't refund, they won't send the one available, and when I get angry qt the rep on the chat they say "thank you so much for understanding" called customer service 3x today and eaxg time said 10 min wait. First time waited 15 before requesting call back, second 22 min then 35 plus. Each time when requesting call back they called from a 604 number, I answer and it rings twice, goes to dead air for approx. 2 min then disconnects. Have screen shots of all of it. You can see my call, time waited then callback requested, they called back within 5 min of me hanging up yet dead air then disconnect...called number back and put me right back in the queue

Please do not use Clearly. They can't even send a correct receipt to you.

What I need is just a receipt with a correct total amount. But Clearly failed to do so even after a month. I've reached more than five customer support in the previous month and no one can solve it for me. They do not care about what you are encountering. Two of them even guaranteed me the next receipt would be correct, unfortunately it never happen. While all CS claimed that they've submitted a ticket to the billing department requesting a receipt with a correct amount, the billing department continued to send me the incorrect one for more than four times.

Never again will I order from this company or recommend them to anyone. They sent me the wrong order with one tinted lens and the other normal, so if I wanted to see properly I had to walk around like a lunatic with one dark eye lens (i didnt even order tinted glasses). The shipping was late and they made me pay to send back the incorrect glasses. On top of all that the help agent made me purchase a new pair then hung up on me before i could finalize a refund. I could go on but they are just far too upsetting. *******% would not recommend ever, they'll just screw you over and hold your money hostage. And now I'm stuck blind and can't drive before I travel. So so so dissatisfied and disappointed

This box isn't big enough for me to write out all the issues with regards to the current order I have with clearly.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
They do not know where anything is at. They will cancel two products but only tell you about 1.
They lie, lie and lie about what's going on with your order but apparently no one in their god forsaken company can cancel an order.
Truly disgusted with this experience and plan to tell every person I know who wears glasses/contacts.
Only offering coupons for the inconvenience. Right let's offer something that will never ever be used by me.
Oh and who ever decided to "upgrade" your system should be fired immediately.

Horrible experience

Horrible recent experience. Paid for a $300 order of daily contacts. A month later, they still haven't shipped, and clearly will not allow me to cancel the order, nor will they give me any sense of when (or even if) it will ever ship. Called multiple times, each time I was told someone would get back to me with an update. No one ever got back to me, I had to keep calling. They won't even refund the $20 in shipping in handling. Stay away from this company!

Don't do it

Don't return anything you won't get your money back. I had a 40 dollar credit and I bought glasses and they didn't use my credit. Then they wouldn't give me my money back. Unless I bought another item. I tried calling and can't get ahold of anyone.

I've been ordering contact lenses from Clearly for years and the process was always easy and the shipping very quick. In December, I ordered contact lenses and it kept showing a shipping delay. I contacted Clearly and they told me it was a supply issue and to wait another two weeks. After over two months of waiting, I visited my optometrist and was told the brand had been discontinued for months. I got a refund but was very unhappy that I had waited for nothing while Clearly held my payment. I decided to give them another try. I ordered contacts, received no confirmation and no estimated shipping date. I do wear a toric lens which is sometime a special order but has always been quick with Clearly. I followed up on the chat and they could not provide an estimated shipping date. I asked for a refund and was told my refund would take up to 10 days due to system access. I've placed the order elsewhere and will not order from Clearly in the future. The people at the contact centre have always been helpful but the quality of service and availability has declined dramatically in the last year.

Never EVER AGAIN!
Worst unaccountable incompetent group of CSR reps for correctibg thier own mistakes!
I've WAS a loyal customer of over 13 years until they finally made a mistake of sending me the opposite of my order that had me suffer collateral losses that they just weren't any bit considerate to do anything about
After sending me +4.50 ×2boxes where I required a -4.50 pres prescription, my life goes on hold until they decide to finally process the refund and only after they receive my returned, cuz the fact I had given a tracking number wasn't enough to promptly out the money back on my card after 13 years of history and the thousands I've already spent prior years.
Can't work, can't drive, can't tie my fkkking shoes when I'm blind, and clearly could give a shtt about their screw up or making anything right.
Had me pay for all the postage for a product I'm still not receiving. Waiting and can't have their dumb half with csr team do nothing but mouth meaningless apologies with no action to support it with.they succeed at losing a long time customer that never should of recieved a dime worth of any past business

I ordered lenses on July 5. It is now July 29.
Many many phone calls no resolution
Last day promised was 2 days ago. Opened mail box to see it empty...as usual.

CLEARLY the website refresh was the worst mistake in the company's history. Unless of course they wanted to claim some free cash.

I was a customer, but now I am not. They lost me as a customer! I tried to log in and they told me to reset my password. I followed their directions twice and still could not get in and they told me to contact customer service. I am currently on an hour and forty min hold. They did not reply to chat support either! Apparently, after reading current reviews and they are having similar issues. I have never been so frustrated and I am a very patient person.

I ordered my contacts on the 10th of July 2023. Usually takes three days tops to receive my order. The invoice states they will be delivered by the 17th. It is now the 27th.
I called to enquire. They said they have a new system and that my contacts will be sent out before the end of the week. It's now the end of the week. My order still has not shipped.

I needed contacts asap because I have terrible vision and my glasses are broke. So I searched online for a different provider and found 1-800 contacts. I had the option to rush the order. I received my contacts the next day. Still waiting on clearly to deliver my contacts.

I won't be using clearly anymore. I asked them for a refund they said no and gave no answer to when my co facts will ship.

I don't know if the company sold or what but I've been buying from them for years and years and years, never an issue until now. Customer service was not as good as before either. Very rude actually. This company in my opinion is going down hill. I won't be ordering from them again.
If I could give zero stars I would. I'd like to give five zeros so I can erase the previous five star rating I gave them years ago.

Worse experience, can't process a simple 215 dollars order. Wasted 3 hrs on with customer service and, accounting department still no hear back or signs of a refund. Never going through this hassle again. Fix your broken website and, refund me asap. The least they could have done was to give an update on the process.

Can't complain about the product. For me it is top notch. Well made and my prescription lenses have always been bang on. Lately their customer service has become absolutely horrid. They have been blaming everything on their recent "upgrades to their site. This resulted in them losing even the basic information. Forget about getting tracking information..."sorry, because of the upgrades we cant see that".
My advise if you are going to deal with this company is to visit one of their retail outlets. At least if something goes wrong, you can walk into the store and at least speak with someone. My advise to Clearly is twofold. #1 NEVER let the company who did your "upgrades" ever do anything for you again, and secondly, be accountable for your current situation (which judging by the amount of new customer service related 1 star reviews on sites like this and Trustpilot) put a clear upfront message on your website apologizing for the current situation, and let customers know your are trying to work through a massive backlog and that response times may be slow, or something to that effect. That would have made me a lot less pissed off trying to reach you. I am now a former customer,

Been a Clearly customer for probably close to 15 years at this point. Never had an issue finding my prescription for contact lenses or the brands I'm used to. Never thought I'd have to switch providers, but apparently tonight was the night. After searching their site for a good 20 minutes, entering my prescription on every contact option that wasn't dailies, I kept seeing the same message: "Your prescription is not available." As someone who has a higher prescription, Clearly has always been my go-to. But it looks like they're not carrying options for me anymore. Went to another site and had no issue finding my prescription (and this new company donates to charity on each order -- I can choose the charity, too). Clearly not a winner anymore.

Lost my glasses, refused to refund
July 6, 2023

I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses through clearly. My order shipped and was estimated delivery of June 1st. Mind you I paid extra for express 2 day shipping. On June 1st it said out for delivery so I waited all day. At 9pm it updated and said delayed until June 5th. I contacted FedEx who assured no it will actually be delivered June 2nd. So the 2nd came and it still said delayed estimated delivery June 5th. So I contacted clearly explaining my parcel was late but I paid for express shipping. They stated they would refund the difference for the shipping cost(they never did) and asked me to wait. June 6th I receive a call from FedEx stating my parcel was given to a 3rd party delivery and is now lost. I reached out to clearly who offered a refund, but then changed and said they would need to investigate further. I was told I would be contacted by a supervisor yesterday, and now they say he will contact me tomorrow. It's been 5 days since my delivery date and no updates. I have not recieved my glasses nor a refund and FedEx has confirmed the package was lost. Terrible terrible customer service and I had to contact Mastercard to get my money back.

Update: Clearly mailed a case to me yesterday.
Original: I spent $238.35 on one pair of glasses. When I received it, I was surprised that the glasses had no case. I contacted customer service #1 right away and was told that she would put a request on my order. After half month, I still did not get either case nor update. Then I contacted customer service #2. I was told the same as service #1 which means that either the service #1 did not put in the request or no one took care of the request. I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours, and now it is 48 hours still no feedback. Clearly pretended to solve the problem and let the return date expire.

Clearly fraudulently charge on my credit card the other day. Never used that site. Never bought contacts (no do I wear it). Screw you Clearly, had to cancel my credit card because of you.

I am extremely disappointed. I have been a client for 5 years of clearly's contact lenses and decided to try their glasses.to my surprise, they arrived crocked and bent. I cannot see without glasses and now I am stuck having to go to work with crocked glasses because I can not afford to send it back and wait another 2 weeks to get a replacement, as I am basically blind without them. It is so upsetting…

I placed an order for contacts last year and ended up waiting an extra month longer than what I was told. Unfortunately there was nothing the customer support could do on their end as it was an issue with the manufacturers of the contacts. They expedited my contacts as soon as they got them which was nice. Again, nothing clearly did but just highly recommend if you are going to order from them (especially contacts), don't wait until you only have 3 weeks - a month supply left as it could potentially take longer. They also refunded me $30 for the wait and frustration so overall I was happy, just annoyed at how long I had to wait.
