I only ordered one box each, since I had never used this service before but it was so easy and the customer service rep noticed I had selected the wrong contacts and corrected it for me and got me the right ones really quick. When I needed a receipt for my FSA that was emailed right away too. I have now decided to order another two boxes.
Horrific doesn't begin to describe my experience. Right from the start they kept asking me for my PD but didn't acknowledge my doctor's prescription so ended up measuring my PD myself on in their app. I choose all the optional features to make sure my new glasses were great. What a disappointment! The glasses made me dizzy, see reflections and showed a microscopic buble inside one of the lenses. Customer service after a couple of back and forth replied in a long-winded email. I had asked for a refund or expected them to stand by their product with a reasonable warranty policy. Instead, they did their own assessment without looking at the glasses, asked me AGAIN for my PD and my doctor's contact. I don't think they will verify my PD with my doctors having had his contact information from the start. Considering their long-winded email reply seems like a delaying tactic and getting arguments for their unsupported claim their product was manufactured according to the specs received.
I'm going back to have the optometrist order my lenses. I hope my experience doesn't replicate in other customers; it would be a shame but take my review as you wish.
Got my lenses fine, but then had an issue with one box. Then had back and forth with support because I could only send a message to the general email box, no way to respond directly to the agent who answered. Plus, the agent had no interest in helping, just said any problems should be taken up with my doctor. So I gave up. Not likely to use them again
Shipping was extremely slow last round so hoping it all works out Better this time. We travel full time between the desert camping and occasionally an RV park. This time we are here for the next 4 weeks so hoping to receive them in time.
I needed glasses quick while I was in law school studying. I broke mine, and was in a pinch. Lensabl was easy, affordable for a student, and convenient. I got my glasses back fast, and they looked great.
My sunglasses are so nice! I even dropped them and then stepped on them. The lens popped out but fixed that and had just one little scratch. I wish there was a way to add insurance to the order.

Could not deliver simple replacement lenses for sunglass frames I've had for years. Very simple job for which they provided no reason as to why. It cost me $25 just to be told they could not provide replacement lenses for my frames. This is one of their core businesses that they couldn't deliver on a simple order. The customer service is horrendous. Good luck in doing business with this company. Very risky!
The process of sending my frames was simple because they provided me a box and shipping label. When the work was done it was done well and within a very reasonable timeframe.
The lenses have worked out well with multiple pairs of glasses. My only complaint is that it takes too long to get the shipping box and too long to get the lenses back. They should provide more rapid shipping with the cost of the lenses at the same price rather than USPS
The initial lens were done incorrectly (Blue tint with gold when the original lens were brown with gold mirror). I had to send back for correction. However, the new lens didn't match the quality of the original lens. I wish I had sent the glasses back to the original Optometrist.
Turnaround took too long and communication was terrible. Delay after delay… Really disappointed but I am giving this one more shot. Let's see if turnaround is as advertised.

I ordered some prescription sunglasses earlier this year. It seemed like it took a long time to get the lenses made, but once they were finished they shipped fast and were crystal clear! I was super bummed when I lost them…
My order was not filled and i was not informed of it until I contacted them. I was also forced to purchase the more expensive product because it was on the prescription when there was a less expensive option.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
