The wine glass design I chose was etched with a lion's face, and I was able to have my friend's name engraved under it. There were plenty of fonts to choose from. My friend just sent me pictures of the gift box and glasses, which she received in less than a week. Beautiful! Customer service is above and beyond, in this family owned business. I'm a fan!
