They are SUPPOSED to be able to carry the weight of the contents within. Files? Documents? No! This flimsy, poor quality rubbish bin might be best used in my brother's treehouse for waste paper
& dirty tissues. This cannot properly store anything! I cannot believe I was looking forward to receiving this!
It should go back to China! Apparently they like stuff like that! It's gross negligence on your part to carry such a useless item.

The beautiful CHRISTMAS TREE NATIVITY-******* & SET 4 MUG TOPPER COOKIES-******* (Order Number: XXXXX020) ordered on 12/6/24 and shipped on 12/10/2024 were a gift that was delivered on a timely basis on expected date to the intended recipient. When it arrived, however, the outer box was in bad shape and all contents were both completely broken. The recipient contacted Collections on my (buyer) behalf and initiated a full refund. The full refund was credited back to my credit card. By the time I went back to reorder, items were out of stock. No Christmas presents for my friend. But they know I tried.
Love the variety and unique products offered. Will definitely order again.
