All but one of the items were as they appeared in the catalog.
Item #******* the solar star trees did have a problem. The tree part one of them was not milled to fit the stake properly. My husband did put something in the tube to try to hold it but it probably will not last.
Everything was simple and quick. Merchandise was just the it was explained.
You have the best Customer Service Representatives that I am aware of anywhere. Everyone is understanding, Polite, Courteous, Patient and Professional.
I don't know what kind of Motivational speeches you give your employees but they are very impressive and they should all be Given a noted Moment of Appreciation for their Exceptional Work Practices.
Collections Etc... Is isn't perfect but it's about as good as a company can get in my estimation!

I love this company
I have now ordered a selection of items from this company. I have had to return 1 item as it was just not what I hoped for. But, return was easy, payment reimbursed properly no fighting. I find their quality to be that of some items you get at Christmas Tree Shop and that is okay. They balance a disappointment with an item with easy no hassle return. So, I do keep buying from them.
This site offers an array of home decorations and gifts. There are many types of decor so you would more than likely find something in your taste. Prices are fairly reasonable but I would purchase items based on consumer reviews. Shipping is a little steep but you can usually find a promo code to use to save money. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.
