I have ordered quite a few items from Collections and have never been disappointed. I send in or call in my order & get friendly people on phone & my order is processed quickly and my shipment comes to me quickly.

I used a different device owned by a family member and I found lower prices for some of the items I ordered The shirt is pretty but the cloth is of poor quality for a cold weather item. I can't find my Order in my account Order History but I do have my email confirmation with the prices I paid. I was also dismayed at seeing the TARIFF and handling SURCHARGE. I won't be ordering from this website again.

My experience was good. I placed an order and received it soon after and everything was packaged nicely there was no breakage.

I like MyPillows and ordered them through Collections Etc. They arrived swiftly days ahead of schedule. They are wonderful pillows and washable. I'm glad you carry them. They are durable and soft. Ordering was easy!

The ornaments are beautiful and well made. Great attention was paid to the detailing and I ordered more for gifts. An exceptional value.

I love these nightgowns… Glad they added the red color! The only thing is it feels like the two materials are a little different. The solid red is like a soft cotton knit and the red print is a little stiffer cotton. Might get better with washing but I'm glad I ordered them.

I received my order on time and in great condition. I have not used the valance or carpet runners yet. The quality appears great for the cost. I have purchase from Collection Etc before and have been pleased with my purchase and will buy from Collection Etc again also have recommended to family /friends.

Usually very good however on order #******* on 10/28/25 I did not receive the full order. Item # *******169 magnetic copper bracelet was missing. A pink cotton robe was sent instead and was returned on 11/10/25. I have not received the bracelet yet.

Received all merchandise and was pleased with everything. Fast service - well packed. Especially liked the t shirt I bought as a gift. I am sure the cat lover will laugh and enjoy. 😀

This is a gift to our granddaughter who is buying a 'new' car. It is to help her keep it clean in the inside. We have not opened the box so we don't know anything about the vacuum. However, we were impressed that it had a rechargeable battery which will make it easy for her to use. She lives in an apartment in Colorado.

Got big box delivered, back surgery so neighbor brought in. Got email that hoses had been back ordered and delivery date w/b 6/05. I thought I had received them in the big box so I disputed the charge with the bank that I already rec'd them. I called bank to reverse the credit they gave me after finally opening the box and they were not in there. My mistake, they have been delivered since then. Sorry for the error!

Received-- good shape and work well. Fits our needs. Good price. Would probably recommend your company.

Very satisfied with my purchases. Good quality. Fast service. Everything came in one shipment instead of trickling in one item at a time. Not crazy about paying tariff fees. Probably wont order again until this tariff crap gets resolved.
