From the very beginning, this moving company made sure to reach out to me at every step of the process. Price quoted was just what was billed at the end of the job. Drivers were on time, neat, respectful and very efficient. The entire move from NJ to Tennessee took just one week from pick up to delivery. All items were delivered unharmed.

I would highly recommend this company for any moving needs.

This moving company is unbelievable! After researching many companies and having made many moves across the country by various outfits (both corporate and private accounts) Colonial has proven to be superior. From my very first contact with Nicholas, who had provided an accurate and timely estimate, to Patrice, who constantly checked in and followed up on the move status every step of the way, certifies that Colonial has mastered the moving experience. I give you my honest and unbiased opinion. You will not be disappointed with Colonial Moving. Additionally, the moving guys were very careful, polite, and never hesitated to give the extra effort to accommodate the occasional "unexpected" requests that pop up with every move.

These people were to move my daughter and granddaughter families to Texas. This is the most unprofessional company ever. They went into dresser drawers, boxes, broke a television. A gun was taken from a drawer, big flat screen television was broken, several boxes were open, they stole money that was hidden in a box. They never used a freight truck, they used hauls, Penske and two other trucks that had no company name on them. The total experience was the most unprofessional, disaster ever. They are going to be taken care of big time. They had us thinking that they were a big top company, but they're using another colonial company logo to get business. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They looked like a bunch of drug heads. I'm so upset with this company. Theives

I am so happy and pleased that I selected Colonial Van Lines for my first big Interstate move after having done some moving company research before the end of 2021. I was able to lock in the 2021 rates for my move in March 2022. Everyone I came in contact with - from the account manager and initial consultation for the estimate, the department manager who processed my down payment, the moving manager who adjusted my inventory list as needed and managed the communication with the actual moving team. Something that I thought would be extremely stressful and chaotic became an organized process with the 24/7 support from the Colonial Van Lines team. The actual move happened quite quickly too, loading was done in a very organized, caring and respectful way; the moving team manager walked me thru all steps in detail of the paperwork and inventory. To my surprise my stuff arrived sooner than I thought which made my move-in into temporary housing that much easier. Nothing was broken, nothing was missing, and the unloading crew was as good as the one loading. I highly recommend this company for any of your moving needs and hope you will have the same great experience I did.

Overall I had a great moving experience with Colonial Van Lines. The only negative that I can think of is that the pickup was a little later than expected but the driver still started the move process within the timeframe window. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. All my stuff arrived quickly and not damaged! I have heard some horror stories from friends when moving and was nervous about this whole process but they exceeded my expectations! Little to no damage to any of my furniture too.

No regrets. Constant, complete and competent communication from before the move to after the move. No ignoring me. No mind games. No fraud. I did not expect perfection but even the professionally restored antique furniture showed up flawless. The actual movers worked harder than sled dogs. Yet carefully. Carefully. It was an honor to have them at our homes. Truthfully this is the only moving company that did not scam me. And no, I can assure you, I knew no one from this company or affiliates before I made the first call. Long distance move complete.

I moved from FL to OH and couldn't have been happier! They were great to work with and made the process easier than I could have imagined! They packaged everything up for me and put it all together! I was very happy with the process! I would recommend them to everyone!

I was very happy with Colonial Van Lines and the drivers they used to move me from IL to TX. I was extremely nervous, but Tony and Yverson, Jose and Mike were all great. Wonderful communication and everything was spelled out. Great experience. I will definitely use them again if I ever move.

I do not recommend colonial vanlines at all. They subbed out my move and sent some stoners in a box truck. My items transferred trucks at least twice. The sub, then subbed out my move from CO to MI. Upon delivery, I had many items broken, and many items missing. The amount of damage and missing is close to if not more them $1100. I was told they would take care of it, but now they have gone silent. What an absolute joke! When they unloaded my gun safe, they laid it on its side and slid it down the metal ramp out of the semi, scratching and gouging the steel on my $4500 safe!

We had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. The team was responsive and our items came quick and not damaged.

From the staff handling the move on the phone to the driver Maurice I would give them 10 stars if I could! I expected this move to be rough they made it very simple they were straightforward and no additional charges! I recommend them and I am a very choosy person when it comes to customer service!
