Above is the First Information Report (FIR) which was lodged against Shakti Gupta at Anjuna Police Station, North Goa under Section 341,376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Shakti Gupta(Insta:@shakti*******), a serial offender from South Delhi was apprehended on Monday by the Anjuna police personnel in Goa. Shakti has been remanded in police custody after being charged of raping a minor in North Goa.

The accused, Shakti Gupta has several narcotics offences and other criminal cases on his record and has been suspected of hiding in Goa, away from the Delhi police radar. According to officials, Shakti Gupta is a notorious serial criminal from South Delhi and had moved to Goa few years back.
