On the test, it asks, did you receive a withhold of adjudication and complete all the term of your sentence. And you're supposed to answer yes or no. What if you didn't get a withhold of adjudication but yes, you completed all the terms of your sentence?
Tried to get a expunged felony. I paid the retain fee of 400.00. Worst experience ever.No communication only email. Never got expunged never received money back.Spent over six months waiting for a result.
Hi Stephen, we're sorry for any confusion. But, you did not hire us to expunge a felony case. We were hired to research the reason you were being denied a firearm transaction. We completed that service and provided you a recommendation to correct the issue. However, you did not act upon our recommendation. Furthermore, you are not eligible for an expungement as we previously explained. We continued to provide you free support and answer your questions as a courtesy, even after the service we were hired for was completed. Again, we're sorry for your confusion.

I think the client portal and use of technology is fantastic and overall it was a great value. It is a truly modern solution for legal services, and they were ultimately successful on my case. The portal makes it easy and walks you through all tasks and dependencies and is generally transparent about expected timing. My case took 24 months from the day I initiated the services. Legal processes can be slow because of all the correspondence and wait times, but there were a couple instances where things should have proceeded more quickly, and one instance of a missing file. Overall I am satisfied.
