I was able to get exactly the shape and size we needed to protect our patio furniture. The chat bot was super helpful.

I ordered some tarps and we thought they were made in Canada as their website does not state that they are made in INDIA. When placing the order, we saw that we were able to pay for an expedite fee which would have them here on Monday October 13. After placing my order and getting the confirmation email with the ETA on it, I had noticed it said that our products would arrive on the 16th of October. I emailed customer support and they showed me some other expedite fees I could pay to have my order on time. I paid another $32 for the expedite fee. Later on in the week I saw that the ETA had not changed from the 16th yet, despite paying the extra money. I contacted customer support again and I was told that the last customer support person who had given me the expedite options was wrong and that they were not able to meet the dates I need. I requested a refund for the expedite fees and they told me I would get an email confirming the refund. I never got that email or the refund. I had messaged them to tell them this and I was ignored.

The production of the covers wasn't commenced until Covers&all and I were in complete agreement on the measurements. They double-checked everything prior to making the covers. The covers arrived here in Canada very quickly, and were perfect.

The team was always very responsive and helpful. They seem to be running a great op! We got our product on time with everything we needed. We're very happy with the quality and craftsmanship, and the installation kit is down to a science. Installation was easy. Took less than half a day.

This is at least my fourth purchase with Covers & All. I am still pleased with the quality of the material used and the fit. My first purchase, a cover for an AC, still looks good after five winters.

I had an amazing experience with covers and all! This was my first order, and I was looking for something for our front yard custom-made fence. To be honest with you I was just looking for a ready-made option on Amazon, and nothing fit the bill, and I never thought that a custom order would be more economical than trying to make some thing ugly from Amazon work, lol. Covers & All was professional all the way, answered all my questions, an excellent system for proofing, and getting an approval from me. And I got exactly what I needed without compromising, quality, and aesthetics. They insured that every detail was met, and I highly highly recommend them.

Too much air escapes between inflating and capping the valve. I think there's a way to do it but can't find any instructions on the proper method.

What a great product to keep out the cooler air when we sit out under the gazebo in the evening. Keeps us dry when raining as well and we can see through it with no problem.

I have never been disappointed with the quality of work done on any of my covers. My car is a 2013 Dodge SRT but if this is what you gave me it works :) This car cover tops it all. Fits like a glove and great quality fabrics!

The quality of the product is really good. This is the second time I have used this company. This time however - the communication back and forth regarding measurements wasn't clear and when I followed up with questions they went unanswered and the product was shipped to me. The fit is pretty good expect the cover is too short which was one of my concerns so now its difficult to cinch the cover around the bottom of the chair for windy conditions. Other than the communication - the actual product is fantastic quality of materials.

This is our first time using this company. The cover fits like a glove. The response from Covers & All regarding measurements and the accuracy was incredible. The quality of the cover is exceptional. We are very happy with the product and hope this cover will last a very long time and keep our outdoor furniture in good condition.

I found this company off of Instagram and checked out the site. The site had a nice custom tool that was easy to use. It's great to find a company that makes custom covers with good material and a great turn around.

I have sent multiple photos and videos since the install and am waiting to hear back from someone about the fact that the screen was made smaller than requested and promised. I am hoping that they will replace it with a new screen that is the proper size. I also provided the exact dimensions with an accompanying precise drawing in advance, but that did not seem to make a difference. Had the screen been manufactured in accordance with the proper dimensions, everything would have been fine.
