Ordered according to dimensions on website. Paid Oct. After about 10 emails and phone calls, cover arrived and it's too big and Dimensions given didn't seem to matter as cover is oversized. Last 6 covers = great experience. This time=not so much.

I found the site difficult to navigate. I ended up with multiple items in my cart and then had difficulty paying. Your customer support representative was not friendly. I would like to hold further judgement (recommendations) until I receive the product.
Good quality products. Air bags work great under great quality furniture cover. Umbrella covers have been really good as well

I purchased this to keep the snow & rain off my deck as I BBQ & Smoke meat all year round. Initially there was a misunderstanding regarding D-rings which was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I will deal with this company in the future

These were the 4th and 5th covers that I have ordered from Covers & All. Each one has been very well constructed, after careful consultation between the designer and me. I am very happy with the products. My 2nd cover was a custom Big Green Egg and table cover. After 4 years, it is still in perfect condition and protecting well. The short time between order and delivery is amazing. Very highly recommend!

I have a sofa and 2 chairs covered with the waterproof covers that are just about a year old. Over the summer water did leak through onto my cushions causing some mold and water marks. I contacted covers and all with photos of the damage and the covers were replaced immediately. Unfortunately it is now winter and everything has been put in storage so I won't be able to test the replacements until spring. I am most pleased with the courteous and speedy response. Fingers crossed this set will do its job.

Good service, excellent cover. Found the measurement instructions a bit confusing - length, width opposite to what seemed natural, but triple checked. We get some harsh weather during the winter so we are hoping the cover stands up. So far so good.

I ordered some tarps and we thought they were made in Canada as their website does not state that they are made in INDIA. When placing the order, we saw that we were able to pay for an expedite fee which would have them here on Monday October 13. After placing my order and getting the confirmation email with the ETA on it, I had noticed it said that our products would arrive on the 16th of October. I emailed customer support and they showed me some other expedite fees I could pay to have my order on time. I paid another $32 for the expedite fee. Later on in the week I saw that the ETA had not changed from the 16th yet, despite paying the extra money. I contacted customer support again and I was told that the last customer support person who had given me the expedite options was wrong and that they were not able to meet the dates I need. I requested a refund for the expedite fees and they told me I would get an email confirming the refund. I never got that email or the refund. I had messaged them to tell them this and I was ignored.

The production of the covers wasn't commenced until Covers&all and I were in complete agreement on the measurements. They double-checked everything prior to making the covers. The covers arrived here in Canada very quickly, and were perfect.
