We also apologize for the size error on two of the curtains. Per your conversation with our Quality team we have shipped replacements that were delivered on 13 January.

I have been shopping for a year and finally just googled what I wanted and this company came up. They manufactured and shipped and I received 2 weeks earlier than expected and the cost was reasonable. Great quality and very happy.
Took longer than expected to make. Shipping was also longer. Out of Country so understandable.
The cover is great though.

Order went without a hitch. Took about 2 and a half weeks for delivery but with pandemic and high parcel delivery volumes was expected. Very pleased with the cover, fits my pool table perfectly and seems to be high quality that should last for years.
Before placing my order on October 30th I contacted customer service to ask them what their lead time was for a basic 10x10 clear pvc cover. I was told two weeks, so I placed my order. Three weeks later I hadn't received my order so I contacted them by email and was told my order was "still in production" and therefore could not be cancelled, but would ship out in the next two weeks. Two weeks later, still no shipping notice so I contacted them again to be told the same lie again. It is December 19th today... I remain coverless. Worst company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I am using the cover for small patio table that is sitting outside in cold eastern Ontario. I do not know yet how the cover will hold up over the extreme cold and warm summer as i just received the cover early in the week.
We ordered two of the best quality tarps to cover several cords of firewood. We ordered in the second week of October with a mid-November delivery date. It took until mid-December to receive them (after two calls to find out where they were); they are very heavy duty, which is great, but we now have snow and temps well below zero, so we cannot install them unless we dig out the access to the securing hooks. Also, their very stiff rugged nature will make them difficult to manipulate in these cold temps. The flimsy tarps we used while waiting for these may have to do until spring. So, the lesson learned is to order several months ahead, but the quality looks very good. Will find out!
Order placed on Nov 9 doesn't get reviewed until Dec 9 my official delivery date received after placing the order.
Received an email advising they need more info on my product! It takes a month after placing an order for someone to actually review your order.
That should have been a sign of incompetency and I should have cancelled it right then.
Gave them a second chance. Delivery date now the Dec 14th 2020. A day later received an email product shipped and new delivery date Dec 16,2020.
Dec 16 2020 came and gone. I received email today, please provide a review! You must be joking guys!
How can I provide a review for a product that has not been received and my experience with your company as you see has not been the best.
Please do not blame the COVID for your errors. Take ownership and work on them. It's easy to set up a business but takes everything to maintain it.

Your order was placed on 8 November with Free Shipping for delivery by 10 December. A request for confirmation of the measurements was sent on 1 December along with an email notification. Upon receipt of your confirmation on 2 December your order was moved into production and the revised delivery date of 14 December was communicated. Our custom covers are all handmade and go through various stages within production. To keep you informed of the progress, the system automatically calculates the estimated delivery date and notifies you when a significant change occurs. Thus, you received the new delivery date of 16 December. Regardless of the date shown, our goal is to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.
Your order was completed on 9 December and shipped on 10 December; this was also notified via email. Regrettably, transit delay is outside our area of control, especially considering the impact of COVID-19 on all shipping networks. In order to alert you to the possibility of delivery delay, we also display a note on the Cart page, just below the shipping method.

Purchasing was fine. However, after that, it was a nightmare. I ordered our products on Nov 1st. We then got an email saying our order has been delayed and scheduled to arrive Nov 30th. This was already way longer then expected. After 3 calls to your contact centre, I was told we had to wait 47 days from ordering till Dec 17th until we get our products. Product finally arrived, but it was missing half the order. At this point I'm almost laughing through frustration at the failures of this company. I now have to wait another unknown amount of time for the other half of our order to come through. What more could go wrong.

Ordered a cover for my a/c unit in September 2020. Was told it would be shipped at the end of October 2020. It's now the middle of December and still haven't received the cover!? Unless your in no hurry, you'll be waiting months to receive your order! Not impressed at all!

Received my replacement covers within 5 days of expected delivery date with expedited shipping. I am quite happy with the product. Quality construction, far better then the original covers, trendy light grey fabric and great workmanship. The cost was also far better then any other option I found. Order to my door in 3 weeks.
