Happy with the product but we keep getting caught with conversion rates on this sight and THEN once payment is okayed, it adds shipping! I think that's rude - it costs quite a bit more than we always first expect.

Ordered the I AM WILDCAT controller with a blue led and got exactly what I wanted. I'd go to them again for another controller.

Loved the product, quick delivery, we just had a slight problem processing order initially as it wouldn't allow me to pay by Paypal. I deleted the order and started again and it allowed me to access Paypal second time.

The ordering process was very simply. I had no issues. I will order from them again.

The mouse was shipped on the day that was estimated and the packaging was solid and not fragile. The mouse itself was in pristine condition and I could not have asked for a better packing and shipping time frame. Very good experience.

Easy to customize.

I never received my custom controllerz carrying case. I contacted the email & got an automated response. Never heard nothing back from an actual person & still have not recieved my case that i payed an additional $20 for.

Pretty good my only complaint is I've had the controller for 1 1/2 months and the shell color is waring off.
