I ordered my controllerz on 12/10/2016 I call in early January and was told they were going to ship on Monday 01/9/17 never shipped. Emailed and got no response took about a week to respond. Again I should see UPS confirmation on 01/25/17. Still nothing not even a response. I told my son in the beginning as he is 16 years old, don't hold your breath companies don't believe in or don't have customer skills anymore. What's more sad is the way the give automated responses and no follow through. Guessing if I don't receive confirmation by next week 02/07/2017 I will contact better business bureau and my bank to reverse charges.
I ordered a controller from Custom Controllerzz on December 9,2016. After more than five weeks, it was delivered with numerous scratches. I had to return it. A postpaid return label was sent email on January 12,2017. My local post office indicated it would arrive at Custom Controllerzz on Tuesday, January 17,2017. After than a total of two months from the date I placed the order, I grew tired of waiting (the empty promises were mounting) and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My refund is on its way. I will never order anything from Custom Controllerzz again. Buyers Beware!
Was a christmas gift that my son picked out...didnt really go thru the site
The site was very easy to use.
I ordered this controller on Dec. 11 2016 added rush processing and the whole shebang to try to get it here before Christmas. Christmas come and gone still no controller. On the 28th I was told it was nearly complete and would be shipping by the end of the week yet still no controller. Then on Jan 13 I was told it was complete and would be shipping on the 17th due to the holiday. Here it is Jan 26 2017 and still no controller. I wouldn't recommend this joke of a business to my worst enemy. Steer clear of this BS.
Your site still advertises 25% off with code NYE2016 yet when I tried to use it said expired - if it hadn't been for the fact this is the only thing my son asked for for his birthday I would not have ordered - if you are listing a discount on your site you need to honor it

I recently ordered the Wildcat PS4 custom controller as a present for my son. This controller was on his wish list. I saw that Christmas was approaching and contacted customer service to check the status of my order. I spoke to Collin who assured me he was doing everything possible to get my order out on time. He explained they were missing a part but promised he would do everything possible to have the controller ready for the holidays. Collin followed up with me throughout the entire process. Then he called me on 12/23 and said it is ready and drove to his local UPS store with minutes to spare in order to send it overnight. The controller arrived and not only did it arrive they wrapped it for me, one less thing to do before putting it under the tree. Thank you to Custom Controllerz and Collin for making my son's Christmas perfect.
Received gift certificates and will wait to see what happens when my son redeems them.

Easy and convenient! It took a while but it finally came! Exactly 2 weeks after Christmas. They refunded my express shipping of $24.95 which was thankful. My son is enjoying it as we speak like a belated present :) I would order again just much more in advance! DH

To do custom controller it was a little confusing but i finally figured it out. The only thing i have a problem with is the cost of a special mailing. When i realized where you are located i could have driven there much cheaper then the postage

I ordered a controller for my son on Black Friday for a Christmas present. I write this review on New Year's Day with no controller. Shame on me, they even sold me to give them more money to "rush" the controller to me because it was the Monday before Christmas. HA, what a joke. They answered my calls up until I paid the extra money to "rush" this supposed controller to me before Christmas. I have called three times since Christmas to see where the controller is and no response. I specifically talked to an employee named Colin who sold me a bill of goods that I have yet to see... luckily I paid through PayPal and if I do not get the controller by Wednesday I will dispute all charges and repost on this forum as to the validity of their business... no, I would NEVER give these people my money ever again. Many friends of mine have children and family who were interested about what I had purchased for my son for Christmas. I have told every single one to not use this company for their family's gifts, it is truly embarrassing. There are many other companies that do the same thing and they deserve a shot at getting my future money, NOT ONE DIME OF MINE WILL GO TO THIS FRAUD COMPANY. It is a sham and I can't believe people had a good, positive experience. No response from customer service and the fact that my supposed "controller" was in the same state before I "rushed" the order by paying more money as it was days after being "rushed" is a joke. Please, PLEASE, don't give this company one single dime. I'm sure I will be contacted by the business on this website with an offer to "help resolve the issue." Lol, help by giving the consumer the product they purchased, not by trolling this forum... shame on you.
