I ordered a controller for my boyfriend for his birthday. I was pretty skeptical because I saw quite a few bad reviews all reguarding shipping. I paid for rush shipping because I ordered it last minute but it came exactly when it was suppose to. The controller looks amazing and I think it was a really fair price. I was told it would take up to 5 days for processing and 3 days to ship and it came exactly when it was suppose to. I cannot say much for all the people who had shipping problems but I did notice a lot were around a major holiday like Christmas and all the reviews I have read I didn't see that they paid for rush processing or shipping. I don't think that is a good reason for these people to receive them months later but I would say don't order around a holiday because that's when you run into problems otherwise I have no complaints with the product or how long it took to get here
2nd review,. Now. Me and my brother ordered 2x controllers + 2x boxes and 2x10ft cabals,
We only received the controllers and they forgot the rest... and now on the 2nd day of trying to get at them,. They do not respond. We ordered the packages on the 31st of may 2016.
With express mailing and now 4 months later we finally got them but only the controllers and no box and no cabals...
I was so excited ( the controllers look awesome) but the rest,.,. The words i have for them are not something i can put in letters.

I had a review on this topic and deleted i when they said "sorry and we will send them asap ",. But now i'm done. If i lived near them they would have to worry about many things! - do not $#*! with Vikings. We burned our own cousins for fun;)

The wide range of options for customization are great, I just wish that the gamer tag was a tad longer. Mine's supposed to be 'Paragon Hexagon' but had to be shortened to P.Hexagon. Otherwise, this was great. Might comeback in the future.
