I gave them 2 stars for refunding my money, but the fact that they actually sent me what they did and called it a mask is so wrong I'd never recommend them. Just sayin.

I placed an order with Custom Ink for some t-shirts. I used their tool to see how my shirts would look on the various colors they offered. I was satisfied with my selections and placed my order. The first "hold" I received was that my logo's colors would not look good on their shirts (the colors looked perfect in their tool). I started a chat and the person was helpful until she said the she would have to get back to me with the reason why the colors wouldn't look good... then I was disconnected from the chat. I decided I would call them later. Then I received another "hold" that I may have an image that could potentially require a letter from a company that shared a similar image. I called Custom Ink and they told me that I could contact the company to see if my image had a close enough resemblance to their image and if it did or didn't, to see if they would provide me a letter addressed to Custom Ink to allow me to purchase my t-shirts. The other option was that Custom Ink could redesign my logo. I said no thank you and canceled my order. I paid via cash through PayPal (balance). I've used PayPal for over two decades and when you refund a balance, it goes back into your account immediately. Custom Ink said it would take them 5 days for my refund to process. My biggest issue is that Custom Ink didn't flag anything before I gave them a $1,000 interest free loan for 5 days. I do not recommend them. I subsequently discovered that local businesses were competitive. Support your local businesses.

Disappointing
June 10, 2020

Facemasks don't hold their shape, despite what the guy on the video says. Very low quality. So porous that I have to use 2 at a time. There are no hemmed seams. It's basically stretchy t-shirt material cut from a template. With no hems I expect them to tear through very shortly. Custom Ink will never get my business again for anything.

Not satisfied

I purchased a set of 12 black: basic cloth face mask"one size fit all. I have a small head, in fact no hats ever fit without adding padding in the inside. Even with my small face they are way to small and the slit for the ears is not well made. My husband refuses to wear one since it does not even reach his ears. Further more it is not contouring at the chin making it floppy. I wish i had not wasted my $.

The black masks Custom Ink is selling are cheap pieces of garbage. They are super small, barely big enough to cover the mouth and nose. When washed, they shrink and curl up, making them even more useless. Only buy them if you actually don't care about protecting yourself and don't mind walking around with a curlred-up, shrunk piece of thrash on your face. Custom Ink is flat out stealing people's money and should be ashamed.

I cannot believe the crap they are selling - The black masks say they curl when washed, they curled when I put them on and OMG you should see what happens when you wash them. And the cutouts are for ear holes are hanging by a thread after 2 uses -

Cheap quality

I purchased these masks due to covid 19. I was expecting decent quality but what I received was 12 masks made out of a thin cotton that curls with slits For the ears. I could've made that and better quality. DON'T waste your money. These masks are a joke!

I got 10 masks washed them and some of them fell apart not very happy have not even had the chance to wear them 41.00 dollars down the drain ear parts started to shred and face area falling apart material nice and soft but looks like after washing them like a kid cut them out

Never Again

I will never do business with this outfit again. They clearly have incompetents in charge of logistics. I ordered cotton face masks on April 24th.at which time the estimated ship date was May 1st, with a guaranteed 2-day delivery. On May 1st, I received an email stating that the order would be shipped on May 5th, still with a 2-day delivery guarantee. On May 4th, I received an email stating that the order had shipped and supplying a tracking number. Using the tracking number, I determined that a label had been created on May 4th, but the item did not reach the postal service until May 7th (one day AFTER the estimated delivery date). Further tracking revealed that the package did not leave the state of origin (Texas) until May 11th. I followed the package "in transit" until May 13th when it finally arrived at my local post office. My order was finally delivered on May 14th, a full 20 days after the order was placed. Furthermore, the size and quality of the masks is disappointing. This company is either run by incompetents or shysters and does not deserve my business.

What a Scam
May 11, 2020

The picture they show of the mask you are ordering appears to be a really nice mask with full coverage. It appear to have nice strap around the ears. So when they arrived I was in shock. It is a piece of cloth with a couple of slits in them that don't cover nearly what the picture shows. I could make 10 of these with an old tshirt and a pair of scissor in 5 minute. This company is a scam. Stay away.

I order 12 basic mask, when I received them, I realized they they are a $#*!ing piece o cloth win no job on them. They are the most dishonest people I have found on the web.
Some authority should do some thing to stop them.

I love them

I received my masks yesterday. They are perfect. I got the white triple layer cotton. They fit beautifully for all the faces in our family and there are 7 of us all ages. They are made very good with nice edging. A quality product and enough for the whole family and more. WELL wiorth the price! Very stretchy and comfortable!

I bought the dozen face masks to share with family. At $30 plus shipping, etc. I paid more than $3 apiece for a cheap piece of fabric that you could see through, no finished edges, lining or anything. Using CDC guidelines, their promotion makes it sound like you're getting something that fills the bill - NOT! I will not place another order with custom ink.

Post script - I also contacted the company to let them know I was displeased with the quality of the masks. They wrote back that they are refunding my purchase price. I do appreciate that.

Do NOT buy face masks from this company. Clearly not their specialty. The fabric is sheer, thin and barely (and I mean barely) covers my chin and nose. It is so tight on my face I feel like I am wearing a damn BRACE. I will give their customer service a 10, no doubt. But the product is a joke. $30.00 for 6 masks that would probably fit the face of a toddler, NOT an adult. Might as well have chucked $30.00 out my window. If you look around you will find negative reviews of their masks from other consumers can be found on other sites. Shame on them for putting out a cheap product that is intended to protect people from a pandemic.

Dear Custom Ink.
In a time when the world needed you most and you were in a position to do the most good you chose the quick buck. We are desperate for mask and hand sanitizer so what do you do. You take advantage of the most vulnerable people in their greatest hour of need. Your mask are over priced and made so poorly they were actually refused by a school and hospital that I bought them for as a donation. Now your releasing your hand sanitizer which your charging over $10.00 dollars a bottle. One day this pandemic will be over and when things return to normal people are going to remember how you took advantage of them. Enjoy your profits now for I will never use your company again. And I want you to know that when every your company name is spoken It will forever be associate as a soulless money grubbing company.
