Easy to place the order. Custom Offsets was able to get me tires (BFG's) that 3 local and 2 other online sites could not get. Shipping was fast about 7-8 days. Custom Offsets did not advise me of the Lift-Gate Fee. They were aware of it and should reimburse me, but I had to pay it out of pocket in cash the day of the delivery. Also the balancing weights came off the wheels. Again I should be getting reimbursed but it cost me about $45 per tire and I'm only getting $30 from Custom Offsets. Looks like these are problems they often encounter because customer service was very aware and knowledgeable about what they would reimburse. Savings turned out to be minimal for me, and I feel bad not giving the business to my local shop. I will do more research on future orders.
In the attached pictures you could see where the balancing weights ended up on the rims.
P.S. The Jeep sure looks good though. Lol

My original order included a set of tires which were on back order. And waiting for awhile, I contacted the company and they explained the delay due to the actual manufacturer, and provided other tire and wheel options and gave me a nice discount for having to wait for the order

Rims and tires were excellent! Had to trim a little of the fender but not bad. Had three tpms not work but these guys made it right by refunding the cost! Would highly recommend, very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I'm a first time customer with offset and I must say I am very pleased! My new wheels and tires are perfect! One box was damaged from the lift I ordered but not the fault of custom offset. Box was re-delivered very quickly! I will definitely be a life long customer!

It was alright. Quality of products was spot on. The purchase process itself was not what i expected. Called to ask a question about a certain wheel/tire combo. Got told i had to order right now if I wanted this set because it was the last set in stock. So I placed my order, just to receive an email the next morning stating that the wheels I ordered were now on backorder. Only way I got a response was when i would call or email and inquire about my order. But like i stated the quality of the product is top of the line.

There was a miscommunication with the original shipping quote, but Custom Offsets made it right, shipped my wheels quickly, and I couldn't happier with the wheels and price paid.

Had a couple small issues like directional tires being mounted in same direction on all 4 wheels. Kinda shows lack of care when installing. Was missing one lug nut when delivered. Very quick to message asking for reviews but when I had questions about where the package was and why it was taking longer than expected I got nowhere.
Always purchase tires and wheels through custom offsets. No need to go anywhere else.

My first time ordering wheels through Custom Offsets and it was so easy and pleasant. The only downfall is the shipping company doesn't hold the same customer service standards as Custom Offsets. I had issues with the shipping company and Custom Offsets heard me out and took over handling my issues with the shipping company and I didn't have to worry about anything anymore.
