I got my order in great time hoping I won the drawing but didn't win... can't wait to put my order in for a bds suspension lift and my new arkon Mandela's. Going to be a great update on the gallery once I get all of the things I want to get done with all custom offsets parts from the site! I wish you guys could add a option or make an app that you could customize your truck with any of the parts especially with all arkon off road rims to virtually see what your truck will look like suspension and full custom colors to see what your truck would look like like something like 3d tuning app but better. Custom paint options and full design.

My wheels and tire package showed up without center caps, to find out they were discontinued. Custom offsets did the right thing by finding caps that would work for my truck and sending them to me immediately. Would still refer these guys

Order showed up quickly. Packaging was great. Box had a small amount of damage during transit, but not a scratch on the wheel due to how well they were packaged.

First time buying a set of rims & ESR CS15's popped out at me considering the budget I'm on. They looked stunning during open box but man does it do justice
1st pic with the aircraft is before & the rest is after
If you're trying to get a set, especially for the first time & you're also in a tight-ish spot financially, I definitely recommend looking into ESR's. Plus, CustomOffsets offers financing! P.s. Can't go wrong with that ceramic coating to finish off

No happy won't recommend. Took forever on hold. No locking lug nuts. My wife had nothing but issues wither order. 2 bad tires sensors gm could not get to work and was told to go else where. Took forever to get refunded. Just a very bad experience.
Jason - We apologize that your order ran into multiple issues as this was certainly not intended. In many cases, we do see dealerships attempt to replace TPMS at an extremely high cost when there is actually no issue with the TPMS installed.
