The tires and wheels were great! They shipped the wrong size lugnuts so I went and bought some at a local auto store and they reimbursed me for the lugs. They are easy to work with.

Walked me through the whole process. Took care of any additional items need for my purchase. Shipping was packed great and everything showed up as expected. I received the wrong lug nuts and that was taken care of promptly and they resolved the issue I had with the center caps.

I've bought 4 sets of wheels from custom this last set they did horrible and I'll probably never buy from them again paid to expedited shipping everything was in stock ordered mar 6 it's is the 18th still not mounted or balanced let alone shipper and expedited shipping is 10 days every time I call they have an excuse I would seriously shop around it will take you along time for this company to ship your wheels

We do state this on each of our customers order pages, but our typical processing time is 2-3 weeks. Meaning, even with expedited shipping, that does not cut down on the processing time required to properly mount, balance and prep your order for shipping. Started off with unfortunate circumstances, but due to the dedication of Joey my experience with Custom Offsets has completely turned around. They will do what they can to make it right, I'm very appreciative and would recommend there business.

They're probably ok, unless there's an issue with the product. I bought 6 wheels/tires for my 22 Ram 3500. 2 of the 37/12.50/20" cooper stt pros are out of round. They take no responsibility and say it's the manufactures issue not there's. Buy local even if it costs a lot more.
Jacob from custom offsets called me last Monday to talk about my issues I had with them. He did an excellent job to make things right with me so far. There is the tps issue we're dealing with and also a new issue has shown up since then and I'll be talking with him about when he gets back from vacation. As of now I would do business with Custom offsets, especially if they can get more guys like Jacob to step up like he did.
Kyle - We do apologize that you have had issues with out of round products and that there may be delays in your warranty claim. For some insight into our warranty process, due to the number of products we offer from a plethora of different manufacturers, it would be quite difficult to handle the warranty claims for each individual manufacturer given that they each have their own specific guidelines surrounding claims of their product as well as different methods of filing claims. Regardless, we apologize that this process has been delayed and we will be reviewing this matter further internally to see if there is any matter in which we can expedite the process. I spent 3200 for rim and tires. They arrived in fairly quick manner I must say. But when I received tires they were all out of round. Ask for a replacement set and was denied, after proof of legal documents were sent to them by a local shop. So I informed them this was our family vehicle and had an upcoming vacation for the family and need these tires to travel and basically all I got was a sorry we have to go through this process. I was told I had to make a manufacture claim. So I had to buy another set of tires from another company just to keep promise to my family. But thing is they were mounted and balanced in there facility and still sent the out of round tires. So then I had to jump through all kinds of hoops and turn back flips to get this company to refund my money even though tire manufacture accepted the claim of out of round tires. Not counting all the extra money and time that I had to pay out of pocket just for them to accept my claim. Ok next after proof of claim was approved by manufacture and now telling me to remove DOT NUMBER from tires which is almost impossible if I was not a tool and die maker. And send them to tire manufacture. But my thing is this I done business with custom offset not the other company. Since my claim had been accepted there should be no issue with the return of funds. This is not good business for me. Would not recommend... time and money is expensive these days and they should better stand behind there product and they do not... and these are true facts
Q H - We are sorry there were delays with your warranty claim and getting a refund. While we do try to get these handled as quickly as possible, they sometimes take longer than we would like. When our rep asked for the DOT number to be cut from the tires and sent to the manufacturer that was at the request of the manufacturer themselves. We try to make this process as easy as possible for our customers but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.
Look elsewhere for your tire/wheel combo. Look past the social media marketing/sales campaign they have heavily invested in. The after-sale support is abysmal. If you have a later model vehicle with TPMS, do yourself a favor and Google search "Custom Offsets TPMS" prior to buying and you'll see what I am talking about. It's been a problem they have had for years, across all vehicle manufacturer platforms. Be prepared to live with the light on your dash or spend a lot of time/resources/money correcting the issue. Sorry Custom Offsets, but I am not going to dismount my brand new tires from my brand new wheels for you to replace cheap aftermarket sensors with the same cheap aftermarket sensors.

I've spent $3500 on wheels and tires from this company, only to notice a few days after that 2 tires have blemishes. I call them and send in pictures, only to be told there's nothing that can be done about it, even though the tires fall under 30 day Satisfaction guarantee, let alone the defect warranty. DO NOT DO business with these people they're crooks! Do your business elsewhere, they don't stand behind what they sell!
