The wrench arrived in the stated time frame and was exactly as described. This is a great go-to place if you want to avoid shopping on other massive sites with horrible customer service, missing shipments, incorrect shipments, shady sellers, and really crazy return policies...

So far very pleased. My order took a little longer than I expected, but overall I was pleased with my order.

Ordered a wheel truing stand. It is a great value and was very well packaged to prevent shipping damage.

Everything worked the it was supposed to. Fast delivery no issues on tracking knew where shipment was at all times.

Easy to navigate. Product arrived as promised. Quick and responsive.

I initially found the stand on Amazon and the shipping was something like $30, which I thought was crazy. So I went directly to the Cyclingdeal USA site and found the stand. It was the same price and shipping was free. And it arrived in one day. Most of my Amazon Prime stuff is now arriving in two or more days, which is a ripoff.

Tools came quick (I'm in OR, shipped from CA). Haven't had to deal with customer service, but everything was packed well and solid quality. No complaints!
