The company enjoys a generally positive reputation for its extensive range of high-quality 3D products and a user-friendly shopping experience, with many customers appreciating the helpful support and prompt service. However, concerns have been raised regarding pricing strategies, particularly a perceived decline in value for membership benefits and issues with product search functionality. Additionally, some users have experienced bugs and crashes within the software, leading to frustration. Overall, while customer satisfaction is high regarding product quality and service, improvements in pricing transparency and software stability are needed to enhance the user experience further.

I love DAZ. Together with Photoshop, nothing is better. Easily create unique models without the "fees". Best part, NO ONE ELSE HAS THE MODEL!
LOVE DAZ. We had fire followed by water damage in our area of the world. Trying to recoup, rebuild. Starting over! I lost everything, so it's back to the Drawing Board.
Daz makes awesome products for the novice (like me) and the professional. And with the Affirm option to get items now, while paying for them over time is BRILLIANT. I take advantage of this feature a few times this year.
I love Daz and its various content. I am glad I don't need years of experience or natural talent as an artist to produce awesome work.
Never had a problem with my orders and love the quality of the items!
Excellent and easy interface to use. Keep up the good work!
The creative possibilities are as wide open as your imagination. I enjoy making realistic images so easily.
I purchased additional content with promotional item. Would have been nice to get the 10% off applied to the extra items. That discount was only offered to me AFTER the purchase, however.
Excellent purchasing experience as far as the interface goes. I wish overall prices were lower and that current rebates were more clearly shown.
I've had a number of technical issues recently with my product purchases and my account and the support response have been abysmal.
If not for those issues the score would be much higher.
Easy to shop but could use better search abilities. I found more with browsing through a lot of items than I did trying to narrow searches.
I'm a Poser user but I love daz 3d poser compatible models. Is why I'm a returner costumer. As long I find poser compatible models like Victoria and Michael I will return.
You make it fairly easy, but you should lose the artificial pricing. That whole schtick of everything being discounted is disingenuous.
It's a great program - the models and items are great - i hope you bring some more historical clothing and items
Everything is easy to find. Quick and easy to pay for. Everything is good.
Everything works well and never have any problems, just wish the discounts came around when I needed something, hahaha.
My only problem is with DAZ Central not being able to filter by category like I can do in DAZ Studio.
Some of the products has clear instructions. A few have zero instructions and I can't even find them after installation.
You need to make sure that anything you sell has at least a basic howto
Too expensive, no return policy, i wish you could try assets on
I like to buy on Daz3D because the files are easy to install and to use, much easier than other brands.
The $5 specials didn't work. The grabbag specials didn't work. The specials in my email didn't work.
Site is very awkward. A popup tried to take me to checkout every time I added an item to my cart.
I did not receive my order in my daz connect, lost 40 dollars on it. But need hair for my render, so trying again.
The above says it all. Got everything installed after working out I'm allowed only one click in the app per opening. Truly terrible.
Answer: You get 3 free transfers then there is a cost to upgrade to unlimited. I found a much better program FaceGen Artist Pro. It's pricey at $139 but gives much better results than the built in face transfer.
Answer: Daz has a free transfer program on their website for blender, maya and many more. Works good!
Answer: No, Daz Studio does animation. You will render your animation series.
Answer: Daz3D will not read those files, as they are just text. However, the files can be "rendered" as an image, for use within Daz3D. Or, if you are asking about the other side of things, Daz3D can render images or video, which can be used along with your presentations. Both of those formats you mention, do not normally include "video formats". Neither of them are "image formats". PDF is just a text layout format for printing pages. MS-Word is just a text-formatting program, for use with printing too, for direct display in MS-Word, or on printed paper. However, it can export in other formats. (Not to be confused with "Word pad".) If you can put the words on an image, in any form, they can be used within Daz3D, for display. However, Daz does not have any form of "text-rendering code", to convert text into 3D objects.
Answer: When you register with the website, you will be given a code that is entered for you. If that fails, for whatever reason, you can go to your profile page and locate all "license codes", used to activate all the free items which may need them. (Or the paid programs, if you buy them.)
