Website working better than ever and always love Daz even when Daz was Zygote been many years now
Still have the ole Zygote CD

Everything has been amazing up until the holiday sale first day. Discounts were not being given according to the listed sales specifics. Later that day the specifics of the sales were changed. At that point it was really too late to contest the issue. I feel that better communication needs to exist between advertising and online marketing before releasing sales adds. Also, your punch card image is misleading. Very huge problem with your search engine... try searching for "The Girl 8" you may find her sifting through over 2000 items but even more difficult to find items associated with her. This is also an issue with DAZ Central for those of us that have hundreds and even thousands of items to search through.

Would like to see more "products used" when an item or clothing item is used in a promo image.

Promo images often use items that are not part of the bundle. It's very annoying. Either include all the items used in the promo images for the bundle or don't use items that aren't in the bundle.

The store works great, ties in with Daz central even better. Only one suggestion... assuming I didn't miss it, where is the add to wishlist button?

Dont know if it was because of the cyber deals on Tuesday, but the website kept crashing, and when it was working it was painfully slow. The whole process including me deciding on what to buy should not have taken me more than an hour. The process took me 4.5 hours! I know things get busy, but the is is not acceptable. I used 4 Computers and 3 different internet connections (Cell phone, Microwave dish, and Starlink)...Wow! What the hell happened?

Daz offers so much high quality content... Plus there's always great sale discounts to be found.

Bad site design, difficult to use and full of lags and hangs.

The things that needs to be fix to make it easier to buy from you is that products you own in a bundle, should be auto refunded or discounted when you buy a bundle. It made me now skip a few bundles, because it was to annoying. You would have more people buying bundles or separate items in bundles without fear if you knew it wouldn't ruin a sale or make the sale less valuable for you in the future.

Now you mostly need to pick if you want the bundle or separate items.

I know that sometimes you have a deal that items you own will be discounted, but that should always be active.

You can even pick bundles you own everything in and still place it in your basket. So then you would be paying for nothing. Also if I have items from the bundle in my cart, then I have to take a lot of time to sort away the duplicates instead of having the store do it for me. Which sometimes makes me not want to buy to much, because it becomes a time consuming hustle.

Daz Shop Products have an incredibly high quality in general and the plugins, scripts as well as templates are easy to use.

Moreover, thank you for providing Genesis 8 to Genesis 9 conversion products so quickly! As someone who mostly owns Genesis 8 products and is on a tight budget, the conversion products are incredibly helpful in using my library with the new Genesis 9 figures (which by the way is just amazing).

I always enjoy using Daz, both the software and the website. This experience was what I've come to expect and enjoy.

Despite the huge number of items and collection of items or "bundles" along with the many different "specials," the DAZ store has become much easier to navigate. I knew what I wanted from visiting the site earlier, but DAZ was still able to make suggestions on other items similar to what I placed in my cart. I wasn't expecting to buy more than what I intended, but felt good about the deal I got!

Reliable, Easy to use, accessible, easy compatible between different 3D software platforms, affordable pricing and high quality products in the store. Daz3D is an amazing 3D software for scene building and character creation. I love it.
