The simple fact is, if you do the research better than I, you will find that they (Agape) do this often. I was so excited to order lab grown diamonds in an engagement setting. What I got was fake, simulated diamonds that you could purchase for less than $300 bucks for your $1000 plus. Now, if you fell for it, like me, DO NOT cut the tags off or alter the ring in anyway or the earrings they will send, probably out of guilty consciences. Contact them and initiate your return. They will likely try to then sell you the lab grown you thought you were buying for about $2000 more (total over $3k). Just tell them no thanks and return the entire package. They will refund your money and you can go get a ring either real diamond or lab grown real, for less money from a true local jewelry store like Jarod or Zales.
It will depend on the actual product when received. I will recommend based on that.

I am overall very happy with Agape. However, the tennis bracelet I purchased earlier had a loose clasp on it. Rather than send it back I took it to a local jeweler who fixed the clasp. The second item a diamond pendant is so far so good! TiI will continue to purchase from you as needs arise! Easy process. Quality stones.
Everything was awesome from purchasing, the gift, and speaking with customer service. Just seems that the ring should've been covered under the warranty and everything should've been free since it all happened within 30 days of receiving the ring.
