I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jonathan on my dream engagement ring, and he exceeded every expectation. The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. After researching several jewelers, I chose Jonathan because of his outstanding reviews and he still managed to surpass them. I now have the ring of my dreams! His wife, Vicki, was also wonderful, keeping us informed and supported throughout the entire journey.

Jonathan (and Vicki) provided quick responses, personalized recommendations, and a level of customer service that was so efficient I was worried it was too good to be true at first. However, my experience WAS true, and I would definitely recommend them for custom diamond or curations. Their diamond "trial" program helped me find the diamond of my dreams for an engagement ring, and return a different one that was beautiful but not the right size. Ordered a custom ring using one of their diamonds. Went through several CAD designs and made revisions to my exact requests. They handled the manufacturing of the ring and setting. It arrived promptly after they finished setting. 10/10 could not have asked for a better experience overall.

The engagement ring I received from Distinctive Gem really is distinctive. I gasped when I first saw it, and my wife did as well when I gave it to her. I feel so lucky to have found Sarah, Jonathan, and Caysie. It feels truly special and unique. I can't praise it enough. Sarah was terrific with both answering direct process questions, as well as providing great suggestions on color and material pairings.
