They went downhill in a year and fast. Worse service, no responses after payment is sent and websites look like a third grader completed it. And now, my website goes down all the time and horrible service. DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL HAVE BUYERS REMORSE!
Why have a form to fill out on your website if you're not going to read it?
I was checking to see if my landlord's llc is valid. There's a box for that on the form I filled out on the Direct Incorporated website.
I got a text within seconds asking if I'm interested in starting my own llc. The website told me I'd have to wait 24 hours. I didn't respond. I wanted to wait for my results.
This person texted me again at 5am. I responded, letting her know I'm not interested. She still asked if I'm interested. All at 5am. Isn't that illegal?
Super helpful in starting my business. They were efficient too. I got the Premier Package and am super happy with it.
The website was very late in replying me.Don't call them. It is absolutely scam, Very poor management, bad customer service, never respond on time, I didn't receive any response for more than four weeks for which i had to shift on some other company.
