If I could i wouldput 5 negative stars! I placed my order November 23rd 2020, Today is December 11th 2020 I still have not received my child's gift for Christmas! I check the status of my order and I see the count down disney store is doing to these poor people you are not going to get your presents before christmas they r lieing to you! My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday but they rescheduled it for December 15th I guess we will see if it gets sent to my house or not I just hope it comes before Christmas!
I realize a penny isn't much these days but when you order from an online company such as SHOPDISNEY you expect a certain level of something, right? Well, I placed an online order and was given a total due for the order, an email from them confirming that total and my credit card was charged that total. Then two days later an additional PENNY was charged to my credit card without any notification from SHOPDISNEY. I sent them an email and received a runaround answer. I sent another email telling them I would no longer be a customer and was sent a reply they would look into it. The original charge of $101.60 was removed from my credit card but the PENNY was left, then the $101.60 was returned to my card along with leaving the PENNY. No email as of yet as to why I have been charged the PENNY. I mean really, YOU (DISNEY) CONFIRMED THE ORIGINAL TOTAL via email to me. It's not like you even give me a bag to carry my purchases out of your stores anymore unless I buy one of your cheap made ones that the seams start coming out of before I even get it to the car and it's not like you are losing that PENNY with the admission prices to your parks. You lost that PENNY on any more of my thoughts coming your way. Is zero stars possible?
Absolutely horrible customer service. First order never shipped. When I called to see what was going on they said they would re-send and do two day shipping. They never happened, instead they cancelled the reorder while I was on the phone with them. This is of course with a hold time of over an hour each time. While on the phone with customer service I receive an email stating my order has been cancelled. I ask Jimmy who and why my order was cancelled his response was he didn't know but the system did it. He then tells me they will do another reorder but it will take 2-3 weeks as express shipping is not available. It is not even Christmas yet and Disney can't get this right. What I ordered were for birthdays not Christmas. I have been a huge Disney fan since opening day of Disney World, not today.
The prices here are a bit over the top, i don't usually shop here but it's worth having a look at. Once got a gift for my niece and she truly happy, the quality of items is good.

Placed an order for my daughters book bag and lunch box for school on July 15th and it never arrived even though it said 4-7 days. Today is August 13th and my order is still processing. Very time I try to contact them they tell me the same thing that it ships in 4-7 days and some items may be delayed. They said they can't cancel my order. It's been a month since I placed my order!
Ordering from Disneystore.com has been a pain in the behind! First off their policy on using gift cards is inconvenient and misleading. Customer service is non existent. Part of my order has gone missing and hasn't arrived after 30 days- emails and calls go unanswered.
I had 2 Disney gift cards from a promotion $250 worth of giftcards. I went onto their website and ordered some merch, and they requested I entered a credit card just in case. Well guess what, they didn't charge the gift cards and they charged my credit card. Their reasoning either 1. The gift card had a zero balance (no, I checked it from their website) 2. It had been used before (seriously, what antiquated system are you using that I have to spend $250 gift cards in one shot) 3. It doesn't work on their site (yes, I received 2 cards and the first one I used for earlier purchases). I truly believe Disney is getting hammered by the economy and they've made their money off the gift cards already, so now they are charging people. How illegal can a company get? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!
I pre-ordered an item that will not be available for two months. The very next day, my company informed me that I will be traveling out of the country during the time when the item was due to be shipped. I asked if they (Disney) would either cancel my order or delay the shipment so the box wouldn't just be sitting on my porch for a month. They refused. I was informed that orders are processed immediately and that was that. If it's a pre-order, then it's not an immediate process! I am extremely unhappy with what happened and wish I had seen their online reviews before purchasing. They have a 2.5 out of 5 star rating for a reason.
I bought a limited edition item that sold out online in 10 minutes. The website and app kept crashing as I was signing in, so I had to sign in as a guest. My delivery address was missing a suite #, that was it. The lazy UPS delivery person noted wrong apartment number (business address, dude). When discovering it wasn't delivered due to this I called both Shop Disney and UPS. Each company blames the other. The package goes right back to the sender. No chance to redeliver, pick up from UPS... nothing. BUT they don't tell you the package goes back to a whole separate location. NOT where it came from! Then charge me an additional $15 to "intercept" it. Which did NOTHING! So, their "policy" is to refund the package recipient when it comes back. I don't want that! I want my item that I bought fair and square that is sold out and selling for 3 times as much on eBay. Really crappy customer service. Screw your and your "pixie dust" to try and fix this!
I bought an Up balloon house ornament for my son as a gift, and it fell apart in 2 days under normal use. I sent an email for help. The thirty day return policy was first cited, apparently I was not supposed to save it as a gift and predict it would fall apart immediately. Then as a "one time courtesy", the representative checked if stock was on hand which it is not because its out of season, so I'm out of luck. A shame that customer service is doing me a favor and not part of their job. Disney should be embarrassed, but as long as they take people's money they clearly don't care.

I ordered the item on the 14th of December with delivery before the 20th of December. They didn't even mark the item as dispatched until the 20th if it was even sent. Really bad customer service. I will never buy online from them again.

I was excited to be able to order my wife's favorite Disney characters at the on-line Disney Store. I ordered on a Thursday evening 5pm EST. They immediately put a hold on the funds when I placed the order. Normally that is not a big deal except I received no email verification of the order except on my credit card statement. 4 days later (Monday) I called to check on the status. Call said 10 minute wait time. I was on hold for 44 minutes. The person that answered was totally unprofessional. "dude", "What's up", "I have no idea, I just work here". He finally told me the item was still waiting to be boxed up and shipped and I would have to wait... REALLY?
I finally received an email at 5pm Wednesday night that part of the order had shipped and again today (Thursday) that the rest had shipped but the UPS Ground labels show label created that's it. 5 Business days... 1 full week and the items still have not shipped, no way in a lump of grumpy coal will these items make it before Christmas... I will never shop at this store again...

Ordered one of their more expensive eGift cards online so I could get it immediately for a rush birthday gift. The credit card purchase went through immediately. But the card? Waiting. Waiting. Finally after a day, spent 30 minutes on hold to customer service. They informed me that for "larger" purchases, the customer has to actually call them back to confirm their information. This was NEVER listed on the site, nor in the "your order is processing" email. The need to physically call back negates any benefit of using their online system, and their lack of notifying customers of this "requirement" is absurd.
Answer: Yes you should be, their normal processing time is 15-25 business day before they ship their products to you. The items may even come separately in later time.
