I placed an order Dec 9th and paid for rush shipping. Today is Dec 17th and my items have not even shipped yet, they haven't even been processed. I've been calling customer service for 4 DAYS with wait times of more than and hour. I will NEVER order anything from Disney again. No replacement order, no refund, no communication no nothing! TERRIBLE
I am a lifetime Disney fan but I will never purchase for this online Disney store again. There system messed up my order because I was trying to use a gift card then the remaining on my card. I received a email from support that there was a payment issue to call and I tried to call both number too many times to count over a 4 day period while email them letting them know one of there numbers claimed not to be in service (I doubled checked the number believe me) the other gave a busy signal. Then after being so frustrated I asked them to call me or rerun my card and they send another number to call which you actually hear a recording of real person then it says no cast members are available and hangs up on you. I'm beyond pissed I order these little boys gifts in plenty of time and got them on sale and I've never been so disappointed in a company who I loved from childhood. Disney needs to get it together!
Ordered multiple personalized products over a month before needed. The product still has not shipped and they refuse to refund the order or provide a shipping status. I have been forced to dispute the charges on my credit card and seek a replacement lot of gifts. DO NOT order from Disney.

I can't believe this Online store can still be in business. They lie about the shipping only takes 5-8 days but hide about the long process time that takes 15-20 days before they even ship my stuffs which add up to a whole month if lucky. I ordered two items a month before thanksgiving and expecting that they would arrive before thanksgiving. After a week, it showed no status changed and they charged however they wanted on my credit card and changed the price and my charge (I donno they can actually do that without my consent). I emailed them for uncountable times and they copied and pasted The generic answers to me from FAQs without answering my questions. I asked them to cancel my order and they refused. Now I'm at their mercy that they are holding my order and my money forever. I see that everyone goes thru the same thing with them. I will try to dispute my card.
Bought a Supreme leader sweatshirt hoodie at the Disney store washed it and it was all dull from the black die bleeding onto the white fabric :( what a disappointment not cheap!
I ordered 2 costumes for Halloween, 11 days before Halloween. Never got a confirmation email, so I called and emailed to make sure they received my order and that it would be here in time for Halloween. On the phone she assured me they would be here on time, and the email I received (2 days after I sent mine) also assured me that they would make it in time. FIVE DAYS after I ordered, I got an email saying that they finally bothered to get ONE of my costumes in the mail, which should have still barely made it here in time. The next day (SIX days after I ordered), I got an email saying that THE SECOND COSTUME WAS OUT OF STOCK. SIX DAYS it took them to let me know this! So I had to scramble to re-order the second costume from Amazon, but was still hopeful that the first costume would arrive on time. Now I am tracking it via UPS, and guess what? It will not arrive until THE END OF THE DAY ON HALLOWEEN. ARRRRRRRGH. Honestly I cannot believe how horrible this experience has been in every way- this place is the worst and I will NEVER order from them again!
Two times now I've placed orders at midnight to get the collectible keys I have it on my receipt I was to receive them both times my orders have come in completely wrong with stuff that isnt even worth $1 I call to get my orders fixed and of course everything I ordered is now sold out and no key will be sent in replacement because they sold out which I don't understand why I am at fault for them messing my entire order up not once but twice
I ordered 7 item from disney store since they dont have any in montreal i had to order online they have their free shipping when you order from us to us but they charge you 49 $ for shipping they say its for duties and taxe i just paid extra duties twice so 60$ duty and taxe so why charge 49 $ they just want your $#*!ing money

Ordered some stuff for my son. Got email confirmation with total amount. After all they are decided to split our shipment for 2 packages, and when we got first package total amount was changed. Not a big amount of money, but it's not about money it about trust. Don't like at all when someone trying to screw me up even for penny. Will never ordering again from this guys!
I love anything Disney and always have. I do find some of their prices to be a little high unless you get a good sale like 25 percent off if you spend $100. The problem is the sales rarely will ever include anything designer like Dooney bags or Vera Bradley. Once in a while these products go on sale but not when they have 25 percent off promotions. Also, I find delivery is a little on the slow side but overall I am always pleased with the products I receive.

Paid $100 for a necklace and waited 2 weeks for it, and received one of $35 lesser value I don't want. They won't send me a new one until I send this one back so I'm stuck waiting what will likely be a full month or more. Now everything is on sale for 25% off to add insult to injury. Regret purchasing from them.

If I could leave 5 negative stars, I would. My process started with trying to redeem a Disney Reward card, which was rejected at the Disney Store (Nov). I called Disney's reward number (Dec) and was told that another card would be sent to me. I never received the new card. I called Disney again (Jan) and was told that my redemption card is now reactivated and can be used. I used it right away and made an online purchase consisting of 4 items. I received an email saying that the item was shipped with a tracking number. Two weeks pass by and the tracker continues to say that the items are pending shipment. I called the shop Disney customer service line, they apologized and reshipped the items. The tracker for these items said that they were shipped right away. I get an email saying that my redemption card no longer works and they charged my back up credit card. I get 3 out of the 4 items, but was charged for all 4. The three items were all crushed on delivery and there is no way I can give them as gifts. I called shop Disney (Feb) to complain about the charges, the missing item and the state of the items on delivery. They said the charges were not their fault and I need to call my backup credit card! The best they could do for me is for me to return my 3 items back to them and they will refund my charge. They can not give me a new redemption card (I had already cut up the one used), so that money is now gone.
This process was a NIGHTMARE! I am so fed up that I will never shop at Disney again! I love the theme parks and Disney in general, but this redemption process and the whole shopping at Disney experience has left a blemish that can't be easily forgotten!

So I followed the 4 steps on the packing slip my order came with. 1. pack the items you want to send back using the original packaging if possible. 2. include the packing form with your items. 3. affix the return shipping label and seal the package. 4. ship your package
I did all that! Well it's over 3 weeks later and they haven't received it. I have chatted with about 5 different people, emailed about 10 different people. Finally was told i needed a tracking number for the return. How do i get one of those i asked? When you paid for postage they should have given me a tracking number. NO WHERE ON THE PACKING SLIP DOES IT SAY PAY FOR POSTAGE. I assumed the "affix the return shipping label" meant the return was prepaid. Why would i PAY for a return? If i had known i was supposed to pay for postage i never would have returned it via mail! I'm so upset!
Ordered a small necklace for christmas present on 12/12 and by 12/19 not even a shipping or process update. Checked with customer service and they said it was in processing but had not ship date etc. essentially the same information I had the day I ordered it. I asked to cancel the order as it was clearly not going to make it for Christmas. CS person was very nice telling me to bad nothing I can do. I can see ship date, I can't cancel order as my system is not connected blah blah blah. I said what is that you do then but got no answer. So know I have to wait till when every and ship it back as a return. Can't wait to see how that goes. Never thought after all my great experience with Disney that there on line store sucks that bad. A completely unprofessional fulfilment operation. Ordered matching t shirts for a premium over regular retailers. The items never came even after two weeks. Tracking number shows that label created and no other tracking numbers. Avoid ordering from Disney online. They are 100% clueless as to how you fulfil an online order. Buyer beware.
In August we went to Disney and continued to experience issue after issue with the antiquated google App for Fast Pass etc. I should have trusted my gut and continued to stay away from any/all official Disney online stores/products.
