I bought a purse online from there stire and I wasent not even a month and a half old and it broke and they would not do a thing. It was not a cheap purse. I am very disappointed with there service and will not be shopping there again.

My mother was trying to order some bands, she tried once and said that the card she was using was not valid as incorrect address (even though it was correct) - so no payment taken you would have thought? She tried in total FIVE times to get these bands as she is desperate to get them as my granddad is going and he has been very poorly and it's always been a dream of his. Each of the FIVE times the same thing came up saying the card wasn't valid so my mum placed the order via customer services and the order went through. Later, my mum got a message she had gone over her overdraft by over £1000. Somehow Disney had taken the money each time for the bands even though no order was generated. My mother called to resolve this but the customer services team on the first occasion calling were very unhelpful and wouldn't even email her to confirm there had been an issue. To their credit they were better when chasing a refund a week later, however it shouldn't have even got to that! It has been over a week now and still no refund. I am, and my whole family is disgusted that we have been treated like this considering Disney is meant to be one of the most family oriented companies! P.S. It's not even possible to order the bands six times as you can only order a certain number, so she has been charged for orders that have never and will never be dispatched. Disgusting and disappointing. P. P. S Due to a computer glitch she was charged over £1000 when the card was declined when the original order was for only £168.
I've had a Disney Store online account for about a month now but only recently have been able to log in. I called a couple of times and they told me that the site was going through some revisions. While I'm now able to log into my account and place items in my Bag, I still can't go any further in the check out process. I either get the Mickey Mouse version of the Do-nut Wheel of Death or an error saying my session has expired and i need to log in again. Luckily, i was able to check out as a Guest. I hope Disney is able to fix whatever's going on with their site/user accounts but it's already been at least 3 weeks- you figure they'd have the problem solved by now.
I created my order on a Thursday but your website was down. I logged back in every day from Thursday to the following Tuesday trying to place my order but could not do so due to website issues. During this time, I also tried to call in my order but could not do so because I had signed up for a new Disney Chase VISA and did not yet know my card number. I finally received my rush shipment VISA and called my order in Tuesday only to find out that two of my items had gone out of stock during my wait. I was then advised 5-7 days for shipping but not advised that this 5-7 days was how long it would take Disney to ship out the product and it did not include transit time. Received one item from an alternate Vendor then had to call in again for an update on the remaining items since the online tracking function did not work. Finally got a notification that my other items were shipped 8 weekdays after my order was placed only to get another email the next day stating yet another item was out of stock/no longer available and I would not be receiving it with my order. Four phone calls to Disney, a broken website for over a week and three missing items. Most likely my first and last DisneyStore.com order.
I FINALLY received my order on Friday. It was supposed to contain 6 items. Only 3 were in the box. When i called, they advised they would get the others back out to me in another shipment "no shipping charge" - duh! I told them to please cancel and refund me for the items... I AM DONE WITH DISNEY.COM!
When I tried to place my order online, the site would not allow me to have a separate mailing address and billing address which is a necessity as I am sending to my granddaughter for her birthday. So I call customer service, and they apologize saying they are having some issues with their Internet site. They take my order over the phone, and tell me I can track the order online. WRONG! When you click the link to track the order you get a page telling you that the page you requested does not exist. This is ridiculous! Never again will I order from the Disney Store. From now on, it is Amazon all the way.

I am not fortunate to have a local Disney store, so I figured I would order a few things I was looking for online.
I only spent about $30 on merchandise but the shipping was $25. I was okay with that as boarding a Ferry to the closest Disney Store would cost more than $25.
Boy was I wrong, It didn't take long to get my package, but right away it was hit with a $25 Duty.
So you're telling me that it was basically $50 to ship 4 items?
That's ridiculous, oh and not to mention my items were all squished in the box.

I WISH I would've read these reviews before shopping at the Disney Store online. The customer service people were nice. It's their shipping department that clearly has TONS of issues. I placed an order on 12/8/15 for Christmas. I received notification that it was shipped today and I should receive it Christmas Eve by the end of the day. Really? So disappointed. This was NOT a magical experience and I will NEVER order from Disney online again.
I ordered an item with plenty of time and was informed via email 3 weeks later and a week before Christmas that my order was cancelled due to invalid billing information. When I called to find out why they didnt try to contact me to get correct information (phone number was incorrect), they couldn't give me a reason. So they were able to contact me to notify me of the cancellation, but not to correct my personal data? Never ordering from them again. And the customer service rep was very inconsiderate.
Be VERY careful ordering if you live in Canada. Although we have stores here, many of the items on the website are not eligible to be sent to Canada. I managed to place an order for a personalized throw along with 100.00 US of other goods.

I shopped Disney's Online Store to purchase gifts for my family Christmas Party. I took my time finding the perfect items. The time spent was around an hour and a half. I purchased $550 worth of products. It was 18 days before our Christmas Party.
Ten Days later I called Disney to see where the merchandise was since it states 7 to 10 days online for shipping. They said my order had been canceled and that they had attempted to reach me. Nobody emailed me or called me.
They said, they would provide priority shipping which would guarantee my products to reach me the Friday before my party. I took another hour finding the products again. Some of the products were no longer available.
Today is Friday and my products have not arrived. I called Disney and they said, "Well, I see your priority label, but your products were just shipped today" "We are very sorry"
Now I do not have any of those gifts for the party on Sunday. Hard to tell kids that the presents are coming.

Okay, so the Disney store itself is fine. The site? Horrible. First off, it took forever to place an order because their site kept crashing on me. Then after placing the order they gave me a broken tracking number. I waited a week for my stuff to come and nothing happened. I called them up and their comment was "Are you sure the tracking number is broken?" Yes I'm sure the number is broken.
So after finally convincing them the number didnt work they deemed my item as lost and sent it again. Well now I have my stuff coming again, only it's never getting here. They reported that package as lost again! 2 packages! In 2 weeks! They said they'd send it again but I told them to just cancel it. Then they told me it could take over a week to get my money back! I'm really frustrated and they are not making my life any easier by losing my item twice. And the worst part is it's now sold out in the stores so I can't even get what I wanted anymore. Let me start out by saying this review is not based on the product itself. My husband and I have been collecting the Disney figures for a few years now and this is definitely one of the coolest ones we own. This review is based on the actual shipping of this product.
I ordered it a week before my husbands birthday to arrive on time. When I received it, Jiminy was broken into pieces. I called back, explained that it was my husbands birthday gift (which was now 2 days away), and had to BEG them to send it 2 day so he could have it on time. After sitting on hold for 36 minutes and arguing with a supervisor, she finally agreed. The next day I get no e-mail about it being shipped, so I call back and they explained that they messed up and didn't put it in their system. Obviously even more upset, I ask them to please send it asap, which again, after arguing, it was done. Then I received statue #2 it was broken AGAIN. Fed up, I called back asking for a new replacement and to be given a gift card or something because 1) I had spent over $100 on this with taxes/shipping, 2) They did not pack it well, therefore I received TWO broken figures, 3) They admitted to me that it was their fault that the second figure was not shipped in time. Their response? "We will offer you 10% off to keep the statue, plus a $5.00 coupon for your hassle." WHAT. 1) 10% off of a statue that is BROKEN is not worth it. I paid for an item, I do not want a broken one. And 2)...$5 off. Really? After begging and crying because I was so fed up and aggravated at this point, they offered to send me a $20.00 coupon. While I do appreciate it greatly, it would have been nice if 1) They offered that upfront after seeing how much they messed up and 2) Had looked at my Disney account. We have annual passes. We have spent more then thousands of dollars between Disneyland and the Disneystore.com, which can clearly be seen by looking at my account history, although we may now not be ordering again after dealing with this headache.

All I wanted to know was why a gift card I had ordered was taking over a week to process, and hadn't shipped yet. I needed the gift card by a certain date and wanted to make sure it would get to me in time. A simple issue turned into a larger one due to very poor customer service. I received so many copied and pasted responses from various people who obviously hadn't even bothered to read my emails and weren't remotely interested in answering my questions or giving me any kind of help specific to my order. I greatly regret ordering from the site, and am going to consider contesting the charges on my credit card in order to cancel the purchase.
I purchased gift cards a month ago and have not received them yet. Called you and still got no satisfaction. Very Very Disappointed. Will Never order from you again or will anyone in my family

This time of course my order has not arrived. But it was not there fault. It was Hermes fault, because probably the Hermes driver Connot be bothered to deliver my item.

I placed an order with Disney.com and over a week later it had not been shipped. I called to cancel and oh what a surprise, they can't cancel the order. They said that it is being shipped from an outside vendor, so they can't cancel it. They were no help whatsoever.
The order will be returned without being opened. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
Answer: Yes you should be, their normal processing time is 15-25 business day before they ship their products to you. The items may even come separately in later time.
