Very, very, disappointed. I purchased a simple 2 sided sandwich board with red and black lettering. I paid Signs2go and they gladly took my payment of over $200. They then discovered they did not have the sign but had another company send me the product. The product had the wrong color lettering and Displaysgo made no effort to get the proper letters for me. Now they have told me I have to wait up to 3 weeks to be reimbursed. This return policy is not stated in their home page. But, the service representative stated, "they have lots of return products". Not something you say to the customer. All of these reviews say it all.

Buyers beware: Here is their return Policy! We ordered two sidewalk signs that only last through two events. When I complained this is what they replied: This is our return Policy, let us know whether you still want to return them...

All returns are subject to a 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee.
All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.
The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection.
Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be credited.
Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs.

I couldn't be more unhappy with Displays2Go. I ordered two retail display cabinets online. I ordered them thinking they would come assembled. I was wrong (and the site does say unassembled). So that mistake is all on me. BUT, thinking I was ordering assembled cabinets, I paid nearly $700 for white glove deliveryfor the assembled cabinets to be taken into my store and uncrated, with packing materials removed. A two-person job, as stated on the shipping/freight manifest.

What I got were nine boxes and one delivery person, who could do nothing more than bring the boxes into the store. $700 for that! I called customer service. They offered not one penny back on the white glove shipping. Nothing, zero, zip, nada.

So here's my biggest gripe: if everything is unassembled, why offer white-glove delivery in the first place? What's the point? Knowing how absurd and financially obscene this service is for unassembled pieces, such requests should generate a red flag to Customer Service. They, in turn, should contact the customer in such cases and verify that white-glove delivery is indeed what they want. So, in short, I paid nearly $1,200 for two unassembled display cases that are no better than what I can get from Store Supply Warehouse.

Further, because I chose white-glove delivery, my order took 10 days to go from Rhode Island to North Carolina. And I had to dog it every step of the way, as no one communicated anything, ever. The company didn't even send an email saying the cabinets had shipped.

My recommendation to others? Buy from Store Supply. They sell assembled products and will deliver them inside.

I've tried more than 5 times to try and get replacement parts, or even information on where to buy replacement parts for this company's tv stands. They state that they don't manufacture their equipment, so they don't offer replacement parts. When I asked if they could tell me the manufacturer so I could attempt to contact them for replacement parts, I was told "it's somewhere overseas"

If all you want is a one time purchase then go right ahead. If something ever breaks or goes missing, you might as well throw away the whole display, because displays2go won't lift a finger to help.

Great customer service
February 23, 2015

We bought a revolving magazine display rack from them. It was the best price I could find and very reasonable. It was beautiful and worked great. After some time the base broke. We really loaded it down with mags and when it's tilted for moving you have to be careful. I called them and not only are they going to replace the base even thought there is no warranty, but they are doing it free and paying for the shipping! They are my company from now on.

It is sad to mention that Displays2go didn't take my three separate orders serious. For my first order I received an used item, yes, that right, USED! If I could add pictures of what I have received I would. The product was built in China and was falling apart once fully construed. On my second order I decided to get a better quality product. I order several items that have the post: ORDER IN THE NEXT X MINUTES AND WE WILL SHIP YOUR ITEM(S) WITHIN THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. It's a lie, who would advertise this if you cannot guarantee? Very unprofessional! After 5 days (3 business days) I check back with Displays2go to find out they just sent it. Yes, their team understood my frustration since this order was time sensitive. So we canceled the order and order the same items with OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. After 2 days (the day I should receive the items) I get an email that says the items still have not been shipped. By now the first order that was canceled should have come in shortly but that's to late as well. I'm confused as to where the current status is of my orders and I have not received any money back but instead I have a double charge without any items. It is very frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take customer requests serious. After dealing with Displays2go for over 10 days I have to inform our clients the product isn't available. I wish there would be a way of fixing this issue but I disappointingly believe Displays2go is not capable to fix their errors. Who knows how this will turn out but as a customer I must say I'm not thrilled with Displays2go...

Brought a flag and a flag pole together, but the flag was too short for the pole. They sent me a. 10 cent clip to connect to the other. 10 cent clip to make it work. I would never buy anything from this company again.

Worst company i ever dealth with! Do not even shop with this company. I bought some chalk marker ink set and tested out at a corner of my chalk board. The ink was permanent and i could not erase it. When I tried to return it, it was such a hassle! The return policy was ridiculous. The shipping cost was also very high. It would have been better for me to buy from Office depot or Staples where there return policy was better! I will never ever shop with this company again!

I recently purchased a small corner display from Displays2go. Because I was ordering it for a residence, the shipping was ridiculous. The case I bought was $140 but the shipping itself would've been $250! I had to have it shipped to a local business, which was no problem. I picked up the *2* medium-sized boxes (I am still unsure why that was such a hassle to ship) only to find *lo-and-behold* the instructions had not been sent. I looked online and contacted the company, which took 4 hours to contact me back. Three days later, I still have yet to see the instructions. When I contacted the company back to complain, the man I spoke to rose his voice at me for requesting a new manuel. I personally believe a business should NEVER raise their voice to ANY customer and should be committed to the customer's happiness and needs. When I saw how professional the site was, I assumed they would be easy to work with and very professional. I have found just the opposite. All in all Displays2go has been very unprofessional and I will certainly never be ordering from them again. I would NOT recommend this company. No good company yells at a customer like that. Unbelievable.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with! I was ignored when I tried to fax an order over. Then I emailed it and they next day they called to say they couldn't open
The email. Then I emailed it again and they said I had to include more information and resend it. When I asked if the order would be placed if I did that, the sales rep told me it could be held up for days! Forget this place! It's easier to NOT TO DO BUSINESS with them to actually make a purchase. Thanks for wasting my time!

My order was small, just a table cover for a display, but their prices were very reasonable and shipping was super fast. The quality of the cover is good. No complaints.

I ordered 4 monitor stands (approximately $3000, three thousand dollars) which i was assured would be delivered within six days. I ultimately received the shipment 6 weeks later. The quality of the manufacturing was far below what I would have expected, the fitment and hardware was amateurish, and when I called to purchase replacement hardware for a failed component I was told that they don't sell any replacement hardware for their equipment (even though they are apparently the manufacturer of everything they sell).

Do not do business with these people.

This company offers quite a few products but I have found the products themselves and their customer service fall short. The last two display products came with only one small sheet with instructions on how to install one part of the item, there was a total of seven boxes full of supplies... a little frustrating trying to figure that one out. Several hours and with luck on our side we got it put together right... we think. The other problem I have experienced with this company is their customer service. We had a mistake on our order and all they repeatedly refused to admit any problem on their end, until I got the lady to stay quiet enough to listen to what happened. She apologized from there and offered to reduce the restocking fee... for a mistake on their end. You have to be kidding me. And don't try calling them, you will have to speak to one random representative after another who want to know who you are, what company and your order number prior to transfering you to the person who just gave you their extension number... ridiculous. I have better things to do than give out my personal info every time I call in to a company I am ordering from... not to mention haggle with their representatives over who is at fault on a simple procedure.

This is a terrific company and website. They have every imaginable display for brochures and so much more. They offer pretty much the lowest pricing I've found and give great customer service.

If you need displays for business, community group functions or just about anything else, I highly recommend this website and company. I have been purchasing from them for over 2 years now (sometimes in very large quantities) and have had 100% satisfaction.
