Thought my lockset might be taking a little long to arrive so i inquired with DK and they got back immediately and assured me that order was on its way. 2 days later it arrived in excellent condition.
I received good service and a good product but the order process was a bit of a hassle. Even though I was able to order on the website with my credit card, I was asked to fill out a credit card authorization form and provide copies of my credit card and identification. While I understand this is to protect the company from fraudulent purchases, it seems more risky to the purchaser. I was able to alter my payment method and pay via PayPal.

Stain when open was obviously very old. Heavy layer of undisolvable scum on the bottom of the can. I've been using this stain for over 30 years and never seen the stain in this condition.
