I received damaged items and they would ONLY send me store credit, don't buy from these scammers! They will not issue you a refund even if its their fault, super dissaspointed in their policies.

Don't Buy for them!

Stay Away- SCAMMERS

Ordered tights, shoes and a shirt from this site, Money has been taken £65, no parcel sent. I have emailed them and been asked to send pictures of my bank card (Dodgy as $#*!) My bank is looking into it now. It seems they are more likely to do this with oversea customers as I live in the UK.

Scam artists

I placed an order for $3,000.00. They charged my card & took my money & ran. Never got an order confirmation. Emailed many times & got same computer answers. Send 2 picture IDS & photocopy front & back of your credit card etc. I kept telling them no you already charged me & took my money. They blocked me on their social media & their phone # doesn't work. Got my bank to file a claim & did get my money back after a month. I wanted the clothes.
Found out they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Many angry people who had their money stolen too. They are scam artists & thieves. These clothes are from overseas along with the model pictures. Whole thing is a scam. Do NOT order from them. Save your money. The FBI needs to get involved with these people.
I did order from Nasty Gal, Attitude Clothing, Illustrated People, & Chatlotte Russe & got everything I ordered perfectly. A couple of those are over seas so they take a few weeks, but customer service is great with the tracking info & my things came on the day they said they would. Just wanted to add that, cuz their clothes are similar. ;)

I received my three dresses with excitement and just before it could be released by custom I had to pay an extra £13.00 to my already expensive purchase. I buy from USA providers online very often and I never had to pay custom, this is normally included in the shipping charges. Once I received my dresses, it's with great surprise that I discovered the very poor quality of the dresses. All made in very cheap fabrics, so thin that are see through. So well done to the photographer which makes them look substantial on the website, I'll never purchase any product here ever again.

I placed an order in April and the order was supposedly shipped and delivered 1-month later; however, I did not receive merchandise and when I contacted customer service, their comment was that I need to look into it from my end. Why would I need to look into it if the items were never received. They refuse to further refund my credit card and further refused to provide customer service. I ordered in April and I am still trying to collect! Warning: Be careful when you order from this site!

Last week after placing an order with Dolls Kill I saw all of these horrible reviews about them and become worried that my package would be damaged or never arrive. However, my package arrived quickly and undamaged. I ordered a t-shirt and belt with 2-3 day shipping, which was $4 instead of the free 5-10 day shipping. My recommendation for those who are worried they might have problems with their order, pay for the extra shipping charge and don't order if you are outside the U.S.

I ordered a pair of boots three weeks ago. It said that they would be here from 5 to 9 days and im still waiting for them. I emailed them so many times and noones helping me they just keep telling me to track my item. I am moving this week and i dont know ehat to do because to get a refund i need to return the boots but i dont even have them yet and i wont have them because im moving, does anyone know what i can do?

I ordered my whole EDC outfit from Alix and KC and they were above and beyond sweet girls helping me throughout the whole process. They gave me sincere opinions and I received my package in 2 days. At first I was a bit worried about shipping from USPS ( cuz it's USPS) haha. Had bad experience before with USPS so yeah but Alix responded to me fast via email and I got the package the next day. Thank you girls! Keep up the good work! I'll introduce girlfriends and my customers to ur site. Love n god bless ur business ~ p.s. I'll rock the outfit and send u some pix hahaha

They are telling me they can resend for over three weeks or give store credit and sometimes saying they will refund me. Can go a week without a response. I got a dispute to my credit card company. Whole thing is a mess.

I ordered a blue lipstick and a sunglass but they are stucked in the customhouse. The customs officer in my country said to me that i can return my orders. I demanded to dollskill for return my orders from customhouse to dollskill. They say you can't return your UNOPENED PRODUCTS and i said they are unused why do i can't send back? Mongolian customer service replied to me "Ye can't return yo orderz" in impolite-stupid way. It was my legal right. I don't know what should i do. My 60$ burned out, due to BARBARIAN-BASTARD-dollskill

Ordered boots May 4. Took a week to get to me. When they came the zipper was broken. I returned asap and paid for shipping. Tracking said they got them on May 15. I called 3 times trying to exchange them Said they would issue me a credit. On May 24... still no credit. I refused to get off the phone until they gave me my credit. I then tried to re-order the boots. They ran out. I then asked for my credit card to be credited. They said it would be days before they could do that. I asked for a manager. No manager was working... They said they would try to credit my card and would call me back within 5 minutes. KZ swore she would call me back. Of course, no call. Instead I got an email saying I have a store credit. I will get my money back and will never order from them again. I would look at the above rating and recommend you do the same.

Stay away!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 27 march 2017, but i never received them. The answer to my question why i haven't receive my shoes was that maybe something is wrong with my adress and they will check it again. But they cannot refund my money back. I have lost 50$ (25$ the shoes and 25$ shipping) they told me that i have money in STORE (25$) so I can use them to buy something else. But i will not order anymore from Dollskill, because nothing can guarantee me that it will not happen again the same thing..

LOST PACKAGE TWICE

Its been two months since I've ordered from them and I still have not received my package. They claim its the mail carrier's fault however, I have never had any issues with my mail being delivered to me. The day the package was supposedly "delivered" (according to DK) I was home all day and did not receive the package. They also did not refund me because they have lost my package previously and reimbursed me but their store policy only allows one refund. I've ordered from them twice before I started having issues and I live within the US.

In the past I always had a great experience with Dollskill, but then I'd never had to deal with their customer service. I recently contacted them because after having waited a month for my order which never arrived I received an email saying that they'd given me store credit. When I contacted CS to find out what happened and asked that either they send out my order again or reimburse me for it they didn't bother looking into it and responded with "we only give store credit for returns" and they haven't responded to my emails afterwards.

Lost money

This company totally sucks. Ordered the unicorn lashes makeup brushes and my package NEVER came. Tried to contact customer service and they said they would get in touch within 24 hours and never did. I lost $70 for being stupid and ordering from them.
THERE IS A REASON THEY SAY THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES.
