I absolutely love Dolls Kill! They have a wide range of unique and edgy clothing as well as cool home decor and hard to find brands! I've purchased numerous products from this site and I've never received an item that didn't match the website's description, Some were even better quality than what is shown on the website. The shipping is fast and simple. I recommend this site to almost everyone I know and no I do not get paid to this review is 100% my opinion!

BUYER BEWARE! This company is a rip-off. I placed an order Black Friday weekend. The site advertises that it ships within 24 hours of placing an order. Because of this, and the priority shipping, I included in my order an item that I would need by Friday for an event on Saturday. Dolls Kill did send me a shipping notification within 24 hours, but they never actually mailed the package. It took 4 days and several nasty e-mails to customer service to get the package mailed. Before they mailed it I requested they remove the item that I needed for my Saturday event, knowing that it would not arrive in time. They refused to alter my order, even though I needed my order altered specifically because of their false advertising. The package arrived late. I was forced to pay almost $12 to ship back the item that I asked be removed from the order. I included tracking. It has now been nearly a week since Dolls Kill received my returned package, and I have yet to receive my refund. I'm posting this story on every social media outlet. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. You can get anything they sell elsewhere, and other companies do not engage in this sort of criminal behavior. (False advertising, refusing to refund money after items are returned, refusing to ship items that have been paid for... Scam, scam, scam.) And good luck getting customer service to talk to you!

- Took forever to process
- Shirt broke on first wear
- Also bought shoes. Because they took forever to arrive, by the time they actually did arrive... The shoes' price was cut in half and it was an overall annoying experience.
- Asked a "representative," gave attitude and said that "they did not know where my package was"

Probably the worst customer service ever. Their motto is, if you don't like it, eff off. And they will tell you that.
They will tell you your order has shipped and then a week or so later, say "oh, btw we don't have x, y, z from your order. So your order hasnt shipped yet. We won't give you your money back, only store credit and we will refuse to give you back your money even though its our fault and we messed up."
Nothing but bad service, rude people, and horror stories.

My first experience purchasing on their website was great. Within 24hrs my order was shipped and received it within 1 week. I purchased the YRU Clear Glitter Charii as a birthday gift to myself. I was so excited to wear my shoes and decorate the soles. The sandals are so cute and unique. I was so happy to have the chance to wear them on my birthday. They are so comfortable to walk in and love that it has threaded soles for stability and comfort. The sad part is that within that week, the shoe strap got torn off. Its made of plastic. I paid $158 for the shoes so it hurts that the shoe wasnt sturdy enough for the price. I immediately contacted YRU and Dollskill staff about it. YRU was very concerned and made sure that Dollskill took care of my issue. I communicated with Alicia from Dollskill. She is so nice and honored the return eventhough I have already worn the sandals. She gave me a store credit and I ordered more stuff in time for Labor Day Sales. I'm so excited to receive my order soon. I love your products and thank you so much for understanding. Thank you so much for the store credit and helping me resolve my issue. Keep up the great work!
