After reading many terrible reviews, I was hesitant but thought "Well, yelp people are unreasonably whiny so maybe most reviewers are too." I received my order within 3-5 business days and they are just as described! Since I am a shoe size U. S 6.5, I wish they would either make half sizes or state whether you should go up or down a size. Let me tell ya now that you should go up one size! I got the 6 and they fit enough to be super snug but not hurt/pinch. A size 7 would have fit just right. Good luck with your experience(s) with Dolls Kill!

Love the bags

I've ordered from Dollskill twice now, both times in 2016. They shipped quickly to Australia, and came exactly as pictured. I ordered bags from their Sugarbaby range and some jewellery, and they've held up well from a lot of use - their vegan leather products are soft and durable.
I will be ordering again in 2017.

Thought I would be different and have a smoove transaction, NOPE shoes never came then ended up getting shipped back due to an address error they claim lol i live online never had this issue. Whole process took almost a month to get my refund thank god i went thru pay pay, dolls kill customer service is a joke. They lie and cant keep up with lies one rep told me my package was back with them 2 mins later another rep told me i couldnt get a refund because my ordered been reshipped back, being that i had screenshots of the lies they gave me discounts if i order again lol

I was looking for a pair of Demonia shoes which I couldn't get here in Switzerland, til I laid eyes on one cool site called Dolls Kill, I was happy that they have shipping options irregardless of the express shipping price, I just wanted to receive my package for 3 days as promised. At first I was thrilled when I thought the shipping was fast after I received a note from them. But it was odd that the Fedex tracking wasn't moving at all and I just thought maybe they were have technical problems. The big day finally arrived, waited the whole day, and I received nothing, no Fedex van, nothing. I was contacting their customer service thru chat and email, they respond which is good, but not so helpful especially when most of time time they would respond with ''babe, blah blah, we'll get back to you, xoxo''. Waited until a week, called the fedex US and told me there's no trace of my package being shipped. I contacted Dolls kill and sent me the same ''well get back to you'' but I had enough, I told them that I needed my package to get here fast that's why i paid extra for it, but they failed to do so, and I was furious that I actually asked them to stop making me wait for their follow ups and actually do something. In the end they refunded me a week later after I bombarded them with messages. And now I gotta pay Fedex bill, which i thought is pathetic since there was no fedex service involved in this whole messy situation. Think twice before ordering from this company.

So I have been always searching for perfect shoes. Soon after my fiance purposed me I decided to give a try and buy shoes from DollsKill. So that's where all prolems have started. I ordered them with 2-5days shipping as I weren't in a rush. It took 2weeks for the to ship a pair of shoes, and its still in transit. Sent by FedEx. I'm in Germany and when I called FedEx office they said that they have been asking shipper to provide more details, so my package could get to me faster, as it was on clearence delay. Took 2more weeks for the to provide any details and still package is in gtransit. Its stupid and I'm super angry, because I do know that my shoes will be in cumstoms now. First and last time I have ordered something from there. NEVER AGAIN

I purchased a pair of platform shoes and earrings from Dolls Kill. The only reason I bought the items was because they were clearance, not to say thats a bad thing, but the regular prices on the sites merchandise is outrageous! In my opinon. As for the shipping, excellent! The shoes are awesome and comfortable as well! The only thing I dont like is that they sell some outlandish, evil things. To each his own, but seriously!? C'mon now.

I've ordered from this site many times because I love the unique merchandise they have, but there has been too many problems with receiving the wrong items and very unhelpful customer service. I had to open a dispute with PayPal in order to get a refund for a purchase that they simply would not ship and would not respond to my emails. I won the dispute. That was a few months ago. You'd think I would learn but I decided to try another order for something I really wanted on the site, as I have had some good experiences with them so I decide so give them another chance. Well, never again! I ordered a swimsuit for a trip I was going on. Well right when I opened the package, I noticed right away they had only sent the bikini bottoms, The top was missing. And then to my absolute horror, i saw that the bottoms I received were clearly used and unclean. There was a big yellow blotch right in the crotch of the supposedly brand new bikini. I can't even explain how shocked and grossed out I was. I have NEVER had an experience like that, EVERRR. There also should have been a hygienic sticker on the crotch area like almost all other intimate wear. I sent them a message about the whole situation and they said "that's weird" and that they'd ship me a new bikini if I sent them pics of my order receipt and the tainted bottoms. I sent them the pics and opted for a refund. I'm never using the site again. Disgusting!

Please don't read all these negative reviews and avoid buying from this site. I've ordered from them a few times and have always been happy with it! Everything has always come exactly as depicted. I've bought dresses, tops, skirts, shoes, everything and not once has any of my items been different from the pictures. I live in AUS and my packages always arrive within a few days and the tracking system is excellent! I've never had to pay any extra to pick up my packages either that must just be a UK thing?
This site is without a doubt my go to for when I feel like spoiling myself. I would 100% recommend it to everyone!

SCAM WEBSITE!
If you are from the US i beg you not to make the same mistake as me and order!
They charge ridiculous prices for shipping, i ordered £70 for socks a bra and a top! Which ended up taking more from my account than agreed at the checkout.
To then get an email saying that i have to pay a dither £14 to get my parcel or my item will be sent back (with shipping, vat etc) deducted from my 'store credit' unless they decide they're gunna destroy it depends on their mood? So yeah...
Do not order, blackmailed into spending another £14 on items i don't even want anymore!
Or if will end up costing you more money and they may decide to destroy your parcel if you decide not to pay.

I had been listing over dollskill for over a year. Always the cutest stuff on the site and very my style which is hard to come by where I live
So I finally saved ho money to order a "moto jacket" it went on sale from $110 to $65 so I HAD TO DO IT. From the photo it looked like pleather (vegan leather) and I was so stoked. Tracked shipping went as planned, and it was deliver in two business days. I'm a happy camper so far
I open up the package (which seemed too small to fit a leather jacket)
It was MADE OF POLYESTER FABRIC! I couldn't believe it I felt so cheated! On top of that it is HUGE and smells HEAVILY like CIGARETE OR CUGAR SMOKE

I also ordered a Esther loves lazy oaf bunny pin. Lucky that was fine and didn't smell like smoke
Overall I'd try to buy from them again but I would be extremely extremely careful with what I order

Really pissed off with this website! I'm in the uk and my 15 yr old daughter orders a pair of shoes. Prices and delivery confirmed in £ sterling and therefore we have assumed that the price of £59.00 plus delivery is inclusive! How surprised we were then to receive an email from uk customs for a further £18.81 to release shipment. When I contacted dolls kill they are ' super surprised'... Omg you got custom charges... Sooooo strange! But it's in our small print. Absolute bull$#*!! They know this but CHOOSE not to make this explicit before you put your card details in. Good company integrity... I think not. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE USA!

I've ordered from different brands on the same day and the bag I ordered from Dolls Kill was the first to arrive within weeks. It's adjustable and the fabric is strong enough to last for a while. Would shop again!

After reading all the negative reviews (which there are a lot of) I got scared of suffering the same fate but I realized there are so many people in the world who like to create problems and complain and exaggerate about something non existent (I know I've been at the other end of an exaggerated complaint). So I decided to trust the few good reviews I read and my positive faith in DollsKill got me my new faborite boots! They were shipped Monday and I got them Wednesday no hassle and such quick delivery! They're in great shape and I can't wait to wear the hell out of them! If you're paranoid, just text Dollskill after ordering to confirm with them and even without doing that you get order and shipping confirmation emails from them. Next just sign up for email notifications from the courrier it's being delivered by (Mine was Fedex, must usually be that?). Shipped from US to Canada.

I ordered from dolls kill and within 3 days got my package, everything was good that I bought but the shoe sizes were really small so I returned them. I followed the package tracker and emailed them telling them the package has entered their location. They were super nice about everything, responded quickly and kept in touch with me, they gave me the store credit after a few days which was great and I ordered a bigger shoe size although the size is still a little smaller than I would buy it'll stretch & I'm happy with my purchases

Oh boy do I wish I read all these reviews beforehand. I was blinded by all the pretty stuff on the website and my impatience. I got the Poison Apple crossbody bag since I have a annual Disneyland pass for 2017 and am going to spend a lot of time there, so I got the cute bag being a Regina Mills fan. The product I received isn't defective or bad itself. I just really hate how small it is. Testing it out, I can just barely fit my phone and maybe a lipstick and thats about it. I forced myself to like it because it's gorgeous, but when my wallet that is in no way jumbo didn't fit in the bag, I knew instantly that this was a product I regret. I guess it's preference and I now realize that I don't particularly like small bags. Well not this small at least. I think I'd be okay with it if it was an okay size, but it isn't. It's way too small even on sale for 20% off. I got it for 48 dollars and with the extra cost + Affirm (Dolls Kill's PayPal Credit alternative/pay later option. The interest for Affirm is 2 dollars extra so I paid $58 in all instead of the $56 it totaled after the extra cost of shipping and tax) paid almost nearly 60 dollars. That's its regular cost right now and I cannot imagine anyone paying near 75/80 dollars for this not-brand-name bag that's way too small. It's definitely not worth it. It's also quite funny that there are no reviews up on their website on their products like most website do. Was going to return it and get another bag, but upon the reviews, the stupid only store credit policy and the fact that this is probably going to be the norm unless it's for an actual backpack, I decided to just keep it. I finally found a way to salvage it and am just going to deal with it and regret it in peace as to not deal with their customer service (since I can already imagine that it's going to be a pain and that they're going to try to swindle me from credit since despite having the packing, the tags and all, I still opened it). Am thinking of giving it another try with other products (shoes specifically) but unsure. That's where the "be cautious" comes to play. Not anytime soon though. I'm mourning this dumb purchase decision.
