Thought my package was lost in the mail, I had given it some time to update on UPS/ get to me before reaching out. I just wanted to see if there was an update or anything (nothing outta normal) and they came back checking on it with the same thing I had thought LOST IN THE MAIL BUT offered FULL REPLACEMENT and if there was anything sold out GIFT CARDS?
A lot of companies don't offer to replace the whole order let alone send gift cards for what was missed- I ended up receiving my order and letting them know. It's just nice knowing that there are still people out there that try to make their customers happy. Appreciate that a lot <3

I had placed an order to be shipped my apartment but it was somehow placed as a quickie pickup. I was moving in a few days too but Yolanda was able to help me quickly change and re-ship my order to my new address. So overall great customer service.
I had 2 returns and 1 exchange that went out together, but in separate packages, but the exchange never actually shipped out. I inquired and realized that the same label had been put on 2 different packages by UPS (same tracking number, different weights). Once I explained the situation and volunteered a copy of my UPS receipt with the same tracking number for 2 different packages, Dolls Kill went ahead and shipped out the exchange for me. They didn't say it's on me, and didn't say "let's wait and see if we get it or can find it," they just did the right thing for the customer as it was not my error. I'm very happy with my experience

The dress i ordered was damaged and keletso helped me out a ton. Unfortunately the dress was sold out in my size and i had to get a refund but keletso made my experience great. They were responsive and super nice. I really appreciated their help.
I am in absolute love! I purchased the weekender coffin bag and it's everything and then some! Protip if you live somewhere cold and the bag gets bent use a blow dryer to heat it up and reshape it!

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
