So my wife hadn't changed her email forever and her account had the old email addy she has no way to access. She ordered boots but they were a tad small and DK didn't have a larger size so no problem get a credit. Problem lol they email the return receipt and eventually the credit. So I contacted and the support team is awesome they helped me get the return label and all was good, oh they also helped me change her email on her account 😇 and they also helped me with the credit once the boots were received. Super fast responses to my emails and super helpful, Dolls Kill support team 10/10!
The dollskill customer service team will never fail to make you feel so supported even when you're going through a fashion crisis! I recently placed a physically large order due to a few pairs of shoes + the mesh top I ordered amidst the haul was missing. SUPER BUMMED OUT OBVIOUSLY but nonetheless I emailed the team to explained the situation and without hesitation or any hassle, had a replacement sent out immediately :) Ordering from any website is such a hit or miss but with dollskill you genuinely know they want to make sure you're truly happy

I ordered some goodies and paid the extra for shipping because why not? I messaged asking about my order being shipped since it hadn't shipped yet. I didn't complain I'm patient but with out me even asking they refunded my shipping just because it would be a couple days later! That is amazing customer service! I'm a forever customer now! Great job! Not to mention all the awesome stuff they sell! I can't wait to get my boots and bag so I can order more lol 😂
