Horrible service
July 10, 2020

Today, 7/10/20, Highway 29 at Cantonment Florida. I called and ordered a large, pepperoni with hand tossed crust. When I arrived at the store I was given a small box. I complained, in a nice way, and the clerk insisted that I had ordered a small. OK, everyone makes mistakes. I said I would take this one and then I opened the box. Inside was a small, anemic, cheese pizza. I complained again but this time not so nicely. The clerk was extremely rude and said, in effect, take it or leave it. I decided to leave it. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this Domino's. FWIW, I have never ordered either a small or a plain cheese pizza. Those two adjectives do not go in the same sentence as pizza.

On hold forever!

My husband and I made a total of 3 calls trying to order a single large pepperoni. We were on hold a total of 1 hour! Our order was never taken! The other times we have managed to order was by ap while at a friends house within delivery range. The workers were rude on deliver and rude on the times we did carry out! They also cussed and hung up on our friend at one point.

I've been a customer with Domino's for about 5 years now, since they started to put some effort into their pizzas I decided to give them a chance.
However my recent interactions with Domino's have convinced me they are on the downward slide, and I'm not sure they can fix it.
Poor management, poor problem solving, poor ordering app.
They advertise they want to hear if they made a mistake and we'll take care of it immediately, however this is not the case as they've now reached the point of trying to blame any problem on you, and play stupid on the things they do wrong.
I cannot and will not be a party to helping a company with no regard for their customers experience, save your money try straw hat or one of the little local places, Domino's has gotten too big and no longer cares about you.

I ordered pizza for a friend. I meant to select a later time bc she wanted her pizza at 6, when I would be somewhere I couldn't order a pizza at. I accidentally forgot to select that time. I called Dominos within 2 mins of the order. The employee, Vicky, picked up. She grunted. She literally said to me "If it's already been put in the oven, I am really going to be perturbed." When she realized it was in the oven already she got super rude. She practically hung up on me after she said, "at 6?" I replied, "yes ma'am" She said "ok"... click. I remained kind, because I don't get it, it was my bad. It was only a $20 order though. One pepperoni pizza and cinnamon sticks. Just kind of disappointed in her reaction to a mistake.

Wrong pizza

I order thick crust cheese, ham and pineapple pizza May 15 size medium, my husband picked it up. I received a thin crust. With the right toppings. It cost over $15. I eat 2 slices and throw the rest away. Everyone makes mistakes but that was way to high and couldn't eat. This was in New Albany, Ms.

Don't believe any of their Lying advertisements!- it's all lies! I tried their pizza for the last time! I ordered the so called: Brooklyn style Pizza!- but it was far from it! And it was too small for what I ordered! And it tasted terrible! Like fake cheese! And it was so bad I had to throw the whole thing in the trash!- where it belongs! And I'm glad I asked for a Refund! And got most of it back! So never will I order from them again! Stay away from this one! Cici's is way better than Domino's! And Papa John's! I'll Stick with them! And The Best pizza is at The Pub here in Branson!- at Elevate office too!- and More Professional! So Goodbye!- Domino's! Peace!

Not half price

I bought a pizza at Domino's SeaTac. I expected a half price pizza. Instead it was $28.00. So right after delivery I called to see what happened. I was told half price was not available today and besides I needed a coupon code. Shortly after my call there was another ad on tv. No where in the ad did it mention a coupon. Just think all of this and with my last Domino's pizza ever

WHERE IS THE CHEESE?

I KNOW DOMINO IS A FRANCHISE BUSINESS AND I JUST RECEIVED DELIVERY OF A LARGE PIZZA WITH TOW TOPPINGS FROM THE STORE IN ANNANDALE, VA. IT COST $22.64, WHICH INCKUDED A $4.00 SERVICE CHARGE. THE GUY WHO MADE THE DELIVERY WAS GREAT. BUT, THE PIZZA HAD NEARLY NO CHEESE ON IT. IT WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I TRIED DOMINO PIZZA AND I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. I DID NOT CALL THE STORE BECAUSE ANY BUSINESS THAT WOULD DO THAT TO A CUSTOMER IN THE FIRST PLACE IS UNLIKELY TO PROVIDE ANY SATISFACTION. I AM A ANGRY CUSTOMER.

DO NOT get pizza from Domino's. They get orders wrong constantly, their website is irritating and confusing to use, it doesn't work half the time. They don't even cut the pizzas. The food isn't nearly as good as it should be for the price. They forget the sauce, so I have to go digging in the cabinets for some, heat it up, and get so frustrated that I'm not even hungry anymore. They're the worst pizza place I have ordered from. Even Little Caesar's is better.

I love the pizza from the Domino's close to me. All of their food has superior quality, much better than most. Recently, due to the Corona epidemic, I was not able to pick up my pizza ordered online. I went to pick up my pizza and there was a note on the door asking customers to stand 6 feet away from the door (lobby was closed) and call the store for an employee to bring the pizza out, set it on top of a garbage can and return back to the store before the customer can pick up their pizza off of a garbage can. This was disturbing. I was unable to pick up my pizza because I do not have a phone to call the store while standing 6 feet away from the front door to let the employees know I was there to pick up an order placed online.

No flavor

Haven't had Domino's Pizza in years and thought we'd try a thin crust with several toppings. It was one of the worst I've ever had. There was no flavor. There was almost no sauce and very little cheese. I was very disappointed. Guess there was a reason we haven't eaten there in years. I would recommend Jets or Papa Johns for a decent alternative. In fact the frozen Digiorno's are pretty good. I will not buy from Domino's again.

I have tried to ask for delivery before and said that I am not in their delivery ares. Have tried several other Dominos and all said they are too far. During this time, very aggravated that dominos will not deliver to me. Advertising on tv not true

I personally have not been to Domino's a lot in the past, however I can say that the times I have it has been pretty underwhelming. The pizza was great once I actually got it. Two separate times I would order it online and have it delivered, the first time it came 30 min late, the second time and hour and a half late. Both times I called Domino's to discuss the issue and I was put on hold for over five minutes until I gave up and put the phone down. I know they are a popular food joint and get busy sometimes, but the inconsistency of good service is so not worth the pizza. Would NOT recommend, I would suggest saving some time and money and instead go to Papa John's or Minsky's, as they actually respect their consumers on a regular basis.

The local store is much improved since they replaced the terrible management staff. Domino's as a corporation at least the web side of it is absolutely horrible. They deploy tracking cookies and other underhanded data collection tools that if you block, you can't complete your order. I use uMatrix and can see all the unnecessary connections being made to other domains. This is entirely unacceptable to me and I can't even imaging what their application collects. Also because of all that their website is unnecessarily difficult to use just to order a simple pizza.

The food has gotten much better from Domino's as a whole which is the only reason they are getting 3 stars and not just one. Their prices are too high for what you get and they raise them to extreme levels to make their coupons and saving look better. On top of it all their piece of the pie rewards program the free pizza cost still cost $1.50 because I wanted a certain crust. That was while ordering 3 other pizzas as well.

Skimpy toppings

Picked up a 3 topping pizza a few days ago at the drive thru. Paid and the employee handed me the pizza. It had been sitting there instead of under the warmer. After opening I discovered it had very little topping on it.

Ordered a 5 topping pizza tonight. Opened it to find only four skimpy topping that had been placed in the center which made the center cook wet and none toward the outside which was dry.

This appears to be known by corporate who has launched a nationwide policy for missing toppings and other issues.

I believe this is corporate policy and not the employees fault as they would have you believe in the commercials.
