The Worst Experience I've Ever Had at a Domino's
September 15, 2025

If I could give this Domino's location zero stars, I would. My experience here was hands down one of the most frustrating and disappointing food orders I've ever dealt with. I placed an order through the Domino's app on my iPhone, which usually works fine. The app gave me a delivery time and eventually updated to say my pizzas were "delivered." The problem? Nothing had shown up at my house. My wife and I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update, but no one would answer the phone. After wasting time on hold with no luck, we had no choice but to get in the car and drive to the store. This was the Domino's Pizza at 903 S. Beckford Drive, Henderson, NC *******. When we got there, we spoke to the manager on duty. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he immediately insisted that our pizzas had already been delivered. I called my brother, who was at the house waiting for us, and he confirmed that absolutely no pizzas had arrived. At that point, the manager finally picked up his phone and called the delivery driver, who casually said he was "on the way" to my house. If the app said the food was already delivered, how is it possible he was still "on the way"? The manager then told me he would refund the money back to my account the next day. That was on September 6th. It is now well past that date, and there has been no refund. I had to chase them down again and eventually spoke to someone claiming to be the owner, who promised me he would text me proof of the refund being issued. He never sent anything. No call, no text, no refund. Frustrated, I drove back to the store a second time. By now I was beyond patient and approached the manager on duty angrily. Instead of helping, he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do. Finally, another man, who also claimed to be the owner, came out from the back. He showed me on his phone that he "sent the money" earlier in the afternoon and told me I would just have to wait another 5–7 business days for it to process. In other words, I still don't have my money back after all of this nonsense. And to make matters worse, when the pizzas finally did show up the night of the original order, they were ICE COLD. Not lukewarm, not just a little cool—completely cold. After waiting, arguing, and driving back and forth to the store, we ended up with inedible food that we had to heat up ourselves. This location clearly doesn't care about customer service, honesty, or delivering food in a timely and edible manner. Between being lied to about the pizzas being delivered, chasing down my refund for over a week, and being given the runaround by both the manager and the so-called owner, this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with Domino's. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor: stay far away from Domino's Pizza at 903 S. Beckford Drive, Henderson, NC *******.

DONT GO ANY DOMINO'S YOU COMPLAIN THEY DO NOT CARE

Been using Domino's for years but after this last order and not getting anything straighten out with management or corporate would recommend EVERYONE be very cautious when ordered here, 1st if you complain you won't get nowhere or ANYTHING even though site says if your unsatisfied they will make it right or refund you! We got none of this or even a response from this local Domino's on Wise Ave in Dundalk Maryland. We ordered online for a pick up which site stated be approx 11-21 minutes and our order took over 40 minutes for us to PICK UP & they were not even busy at this time... We got no apology not even a free bottle soda been going here for years without this bad service and more importantly got nothing after we complained. Corporate try tell us they seen a store credit but when called local store on Wise Ave in Dundalk MD they seem nothing and again offered nothing BEWARE - BEWARE- BEWARE

I had placed an order for delivery online with my correct address. I never received it. When contacted they acknowledged a misdelivery and would send out again. Again, I did not receive. I called again to complain after seeing they credited my account without my knowledge. They confirmed this was done without any reason at which time I chastised them and hung up. This was at the South store in Rochester MN, a place I used to work at. I then tried the downtown store, but even though I provided the correct card number they could not put it through. Then I told them I was done with this nightmare. It is likely this may cost them any future business with me. Very sad but a very bad experience.

You wouid think when you pick 4 meat type toppings, with one being extra pepperoni, they'd actually be on the fking pizza. Nope sparse bull$#*! and dry af. Additionally cheesy bread isnt worth buying anymore, dry garbage with little cheese.

They state that they can refuse payment of federal Legal Tender of a 50$ bill. My order was $27.40 and they refused to take a payment with a 50$. The 50 is legal tender for ALL debts both private and public. I had placed an online order and drove to the store and was refused to pay my bill. They have just lost another customer. The egos and lack of customer service is surprising, but what do you expect from people who are barely paid a living wage, but i still blame them for thinking they are so special that they think they can break federal laws.

My order no *******/no 67 of 29-01-2025 was delivered to me at 7 pm 4pizzas&1garlic bread I was charged a whooping 2692Rsfor it.The quality of pizza was so poor only a big lump of Maida.I have raised the issue with their toll free no *******1234.I am have been only given a complaint no ******* but no reply fr Dominos so far.I want a full refund.ARVIND Moghe

The decline of Quality and service
I decided to order some food for myself and family seeing as how we haven't ordered from dominos in awhile we decided to get a large cheese pizza some wings and a couple of sandwich's for carryout when i arrived it was ready to go after paying for my food the cashier asked if i had forgotten to add a tip in which i responded no why would i tip when i came to get my food after all I'm not paying him to do his job, when i got home i noticed the buffalo wings were tiny and all they did was squirt some buffalo sauce on them and my sandwich was in pieces the pizza was our last hope and it was very salty tasting needless to say i wont buying from them again for some time if ever again. I want to say for the record that they weren't always like that

I've been a loyal customer for a very long time but for the past few months have been getting ripped off after ordering many times in line to get our emergency pizza never happens at all now. I finally got a email back saying I hadn't ordered online which is a lie bc my bank statement shows all my orders i feel like someone should contact me again but still nothing.

It is literally hit or miss with every order. If I'm lucky to get a female crew they actually make a great pie. If it is an all guy crew I'm convinced half of them do it out of spite as they always grin at me eeriely when I pick up my order or the second half is just moronic. I cannot tell yet. Despite numerous complaints nothing really changes other than sheer luck. I order basic, pepperoni EXTRA sauce...when I get home...its nothing but cheese and bread if I lose the roulette wheel and the franchise owner isn't around. This is the absolue WORST store in Pittsurgh. RTE 51 and the old downtown store were reliable. I am forced to order from this $#*! show because of location and economics. And I hate myself for even spinning the wheel for this travesty of a pizza place. There are few legit actual food places these days. This is the last pizza place anyone should ever order from.

I paid $12.00 for a SMALL pepperoni pizza. I got home and discovered that it had burned crust and burned pepperoni. Never again will I get a dominos pizza.

Horrible delivery
October 31, 2024

On 10/31/2024 I placed an order with my local dominos at 1030am. App stated my deliver atound 11am. At 1125am I called the store as my order was not dellivered yet. Totally unacceptable. I was told driver had deliveries before mine. By the time the driver was near me my lunch hour was over. Would have cost me $30.00 for pasta and that's without tip for lousy service. I will not waste my time again ordering from this dominos.

Boyfriend Threw Up!

Ordered a large with bacon. There was no bacon but perhaps ham? It wasn't cooked with the pizza, but piled on top of it - was awful. We live 5 minutes away. I followed the lost driver online for 35 minutes til he got here. We were both starving but only ate two pieces. Boyfriend threw up :/

I recently ordered two pizzas for carryout from Domino's Pizza on Columbus Ave, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking my order status online, it indicated that both pizzas were ready. However, when I arrived, I was informed by Santos that only one pizza was ready and the other would take a few more minutes.
While I was initially frustrated, I accepted the wait. During this time, I noticed several other items being prepared and served, which raised my concern about the handling of my order. When I inquired why only one pizza was ready despite my order being for two, Santos responded dismissively, stating, "This is what it is. If you don't want this, you can cancel your order." His attitude was rude and unacceptable.
Feeling disrespected, I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. Even after this request, Santos continued to act in a manner that suggested he was indifferent to my concerns. When I mentioned writing a negative review about my experience, he responded with a dismissive attitude, saying, "Yes, this is my name; do whatever you want."
This level of customer service is disappointing for a well-known chain like Domino's. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential customers about the service at this location and the unprofessional behavior of some staff members.

The driver that brought me my food was not able to walk straight and was walking on my lawn, and when he was leaving he drove on my lawn. And when i was given my food, i got a soda that was already opened and there was a sip taken from it.

5 Years ago i had a Dominos pie, it was horrible. So 5 YEARS LATER, After Watching The Ads For NY Thin Crust NY Style Pizza I Broke Down And Tried It... I ORDERED IT WITH XTRA CHEESE AND XTRA SAUCE. GRABBED IT RIGHT OUT OF THE OVEN...NO STRINGGY CHEESE AND NO SAUSE. $23.00 FOR A LARGE PIE. DRY, CHEESLESS,TASTELESS, SPONGY THIC BREAD LIKE DOUGH(NOT CRUST). MY WIFE TOOK ONE BITE AND STOPPED, SAID IT WAS INEDIBLE AND I AGREE. EVEN THE DOGS WALKED AWAY FROM IT. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CRAP EVER. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSUNESS SELLING THE WORST PIZZA ON THE PLANET. SO BROKE IT UP AND LEFT IT OUTSIDE FOR THE BIRDS TO PICK ON, NOT A ONE TRIED IT, WAS LIKE THEY SMELLED IT WAS POISON...IT LOOKS LIKE A PIZZA BUT ITS NOT... PATHETIC...S.A

The man who delivered my pizza. He was so snarky, and was poised to write in my tip because it wasn't in the receipt. So pushy and unfriendly.

The gal who checked me out tonight said nothing to me so I said, "what, no hello?" She just stared me, didn't thank me or anything. I know I don't know her. What a crummy employee. She works at the Caldwell Idaho store on Cleveland Blvd.
