Why was I insulted, cussed at, called a liar and korenjust because the 'General Manager Andrew' made my food wrong. I was told over and over again I was wrong about my pizza being made wrong, I was called a liar, humiliated in the store, screamed at, called a slut, whore and $#*!er, as well called a fat $#*!. All because this man was mad I proved to him he made my pizza wrong. I paid extra to get pan pizza, it was made incorrectly into a hand tossed pizza. I called told this man what happened. He said he was the only one working in the store and that he knew it did t happen. I said I had pictures. He said he didn't care. I said fine ill bring it up there. I did, showed him he was wrong and he continually told me I was wrong and lying. I've been getting the same pizza for 5 years. I asked him does that mean eveey employee he has had for 5 years made it wrong and then the screaming started. My husband got mad and slung the pizza at the floor in front of the register (not even near him, he was behind a partition) after he got mad and called me a $#*!ing slut. He has never seen before and I have never seen him before. He also hung up on me the second time I called to complain to get the right corporate number. I asked for his name and didn't hear him because I am partially deaf. He screamed at me do I need to $#*!ing yell it at it so you hear me right. I am insulted, beyond angry, and have every intention of this man getting fired. As well being put on a DO Not Hire list all throughout Saint Charles County. I am also speaking to my lawyer. I don't know what dominos is thinking hiring awful people like this. But I will get the problem resolved quickly. I came very close to calling the police and having him arrested for harassment. He was lucky I didn't. He embarrassed me and my spouse in front of anyone who was working there or in the parking lot, all because he did t know how to properly do his job as a 'General manager' or be a decent person.
I have never been as disappointed as I was tonight I ordered a small supreme and mild wings - I got a cheese pizza (which I hate) and no sauce on my wings. None zilch I was so upset there was no call for this. Oh and they sent blue cheese instead of ranch
Ordered two pizza and neither one was edible. One was burnt and no sauce and very little toppings
The other one was not cooked throughout the crust was not cooked all the way through and very little toppings. And they called these specialty pizzas, they are right specialty crap.
Ordered $100 worth of pizza. App says it was delivered. Never called when they arrived. Never was. Called to complain and they said it was our fault.

Bad, the pizza, which is Really unfortunate when that's the reason you call them. I ordered a veggie with hamburger and no olives. It came with no olives, but it did have spinach, cool, some crushed tomato, okay, a couple pieces of onion, so I can't say none, and that was it. I expected a little bell pepper, maybe some mushrooms, maybe a few more onions. Oh well.
The good. The crust. They have Coke, not Pepsi, the wing sauce. The wings themselves? Meh. Maybe they belong with the bad? The staff was really nice people.
So that's it. I'll go back to Pizza Hut. I tried this place. Done.
I had an incredibly unfortunate experience with Domino's Pizza recently. There was a foreign object in my pizza that ended up damaging my tooth. The pain was excruciating, and after reaching out to them by phone, their initial solution was beyond belief – they offered me a free pizza as compensation. After a lengthy and frustrating 45-minute conversation, they finally suggested I go to an emergency night dentist, promising to cover the costs later. They sent someone to collect the remaining 2 slice of pizza. That night, my dental bill came out to $650 solely for the immediate emergency repair, not a permanent solution. The suggested permanent fix was a dental crown. The dentist provided me with a preliminary cost estimate paper of $1500 for the crown procedure on the affected tooth.
Hoping for some resolution, I returned to the Domino's shop the next day and left the invoices with them. They assured me someone would contact me in a week. However, after 40 days of waiting, I received an email from Domino's claiming they had tested the the remaining pizza and found no foreign object, therefore refusing to accept responsibility. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.
If you value your teeth, it might be best to avoid consuming Domino's pizza. However, if you do decide to indulge, ensure that you have comprehensive health insurance that covers dental care.
They have been open all day and when I come in to pay with $100 and I spent over $50 they won't except the money because they don't have change! Annoying and totally ridiculous…
Poor customer services, looked like teenagers were working there. Pizza didn't taste good,appeared like the people were in training. The location was 6546 Hampton Roads Pkey in Suffolk Va.
I am a positive person, but this food is garbage, and the employee who took my order did not speak a lick of English. He messed my order up, but he was polite
Our order arrived ice cold after a two hour delay. The driver did not speak english. I filed a report with customer care. The next day I received an email from them stating someone from the Warminster, PA store would call me with an apology and an offer. That was three weeks ago.
They have delicious pizza, nice workers, and good prices. This place is honestly my comfort food, and they deserve 5 star review.
I had to wait an hour and probably 10 minutes before I got my pizza and it was cold and dry and not tasty at all
I actually don't mind Domino's pizza from time to time but for me and my experience ordering over the years is that delivery and carry out prices (on the same product) drastically changes, and the drivers (not totally their fault) are too busy fulfilling other stops and once I receive my food I look at my watch and say "huh, could've got it myself (sooner and would've been a bit less expensive) especially if you're close to one (Domino's restaurant)
Overall the food is ok
Being a certain dollar amount spent is mandatory for delivery now, I won't order again.

The restaurant was vacant of employees, stood at the counter for minutes while loud club music was playing, very unprofessional and uncomfortable to certain crowds. This store in brantford. On colborne st w., needs to get control of its rules and regulations. Even the drivers are very ignorant and almighty.
Order a 16 piece garlic, Parmesan wings from Domino's Pizza in Nederland Texas. When I got the wings I opened them up and the sauce was drizzled on the wings. They were not fully covered like they usually are called the the store and asked asked for to talk to a manager and she offered to send me out another set. I told her I was like I rather just have eight piece, barbecue wings and was soon as I got them they were just drizzled on, I am not very happy with the food at dominoes plus the chicken was soggy and nasty
08/04/2023, Store #5664 (North Myrtle Beach), Order # 324: Pizza was way, way overcooked. My wife and I tried to force down a couple of slices but ended up throwing most of it away. I normally don't complain but I wouldn't serve this pizza to a dog! Will not be going back to Domino's anytime soon.
Worse pizzas I've ever had wings or nasty service is poor and they do not give you a proper receipt your receipt doesn't state their address nor the items you bought just a total price so how do you prove the items you bought from them I bought four items and do not know the price of each
Went through answering service they are the worst. They sent the order that I found out that that store do not delivered to my apartment complex. I called back and all they do is send me back to the same store. They don't know what they are doing I cannot trust again yo order and especially with tye answering service. They were rude and when I tolld her if she is sending back to store the same store I need someone to helpe resolve this issue,she was ride and said I will send u to smoke who. Can help, again she sent me to the store. The worst customer serviv3. Once trust is dome,I am done. I cannot order ever again. I know I am only one customer but I am sire I am not the o ly one.
