Although the boxes took a while to arrive, I'm glad I chose to ship from dorm to home through dorm co. I was able to fill them to capacity and go over the weight on the labels provided. Dorm co covered all the overage charges. Considering I had a penny board to send to Texas from my dorm in California, I'm certain the box with that item was way over the 16 lbs I paid for. I got the mega box kit, and it was enough boxes for my clothes, shoes, skateboard, dishes, towels, robe, toiletries, comforter, mattress topper, books, pencils, and even my desk lamp.
Shipping was quick and I'm very happy with the quality of the fabric and ties. Cant wait to see them in the room.
I bought th super over sized polished stainless steel travel trunk with rubber wheels and feet, no tray. It arrived fully tested by th warehouse gorillas of th UPS shipping system showing only slight impact damage to trim corner of lid, DormCo did make good on this, thank u Megan, and th trunk demonstrates it's resilience to th abusive wear and tear that common travel presents while protecting ur personals, th trunk survived well, lid hinges fine, latches and lock still work nicely, as would any contents had there been any, I would, and will buy again, and once more I recommend these trunks to anyone who is traveling and wants to protect thier belongings U.S. Stainless Steel Trunks sold by DornCo are literally second to none, go ahead, compare them, I freak'n dare u, I have.
Very big bag! It's almost like a duffel bag! I would totally recommend this to any college student, teacher, or possibly someone who wants a cheap alternative for a duffel bag!

Dorm Co has the worst customer service ever! Their products are shipped with little to no protection and comes damaged. I received $260 worth of damaged products after shipping the products back for a full refund for the damaged products they refunded HALF of my money. For their own negligence I am paying the price! I paid for these products to come in new condition not broken and dirty. I deserve a full refund. After reading many reviews I've learned they've done many this way. BUYERS BEWARE OF DORM CO! They pocket your money and could careless about their customers or the products you have ordered once paid for.
I needed a partition that would stay and could be moved. This was one of the best options out there. The price wasn't bad either. This customer approves.
I ordered stuff for my college kid on 12/23/19. I paid for Rush Delivery to recieve it in 2-5 Business days. It wasn't delivered until 1/7/19. I figured there would be a couple extra days added, because of Holidays, but it was still much later than promised? 15 days total, 7 business days total. Do yourself a favor and order Amazon Prime. It may be a couple extra bucks, but totally worth it! Now I have to pay extra shipping to send all these Dorm Co. Products to my kid in College, because they were'nt here before he left to go back!
