The price for these shipping boxes is absolutely wonderful, I was looking at the costs of shipping my items in the boxes they were currently in and it was upwards of 600$. Dormco will allow me to do that for less than half the cost. I will say the quality of the boxes when arriving gave me slight concern, they were packaged in a box (of course), but the box they came in was a bit mangled and some of the shipping boxes were bent unnaturally in order to fit in the box. Regardless, I was able to make good use of them. I haven't shipped them quite yet, but so far the service has been really good!

First time to purchase from dormco. Ordered dolly for transport of dorm items. Delivered badly damaged and without the "legs" to hold transported items-only sent with the handle. I have pictures. Contacted listed customer service number but they will only talk to you if you want to purchase more items-will only email you if you have product issues. Received email that stated it will probably come in second shipment-why would they send a very small dolly in 2 shipments? It won't arrive in that shipment (already on its way supposedly) and I will probably never see a refund. Stay away! They don't care about their customers I promise you!

The product is great... but it came with many, many pieces, but NO INSTRUCTIONS, in a box that had been previously opened and re-taped shut. I called the company and basically they told me to take pictures, go to the website and... I realized that we were about to go down the 'pass the buck' game until the customer gives up. Fortunately I'm a puzzle geek and I accessed the amount of pieces with my OWN drawings of a visual plan. Realized that they did supply a tool bag. So I made an attempt to figure it out. After several hours of trying, I did it. It really is a nice piece, but I wouldn't recommend this company, They sent me a 'previously opened and re-taped' box. Great product... but forget about the customer service. It's simply not there. Read the reviews. There is a common thread - - - poor service, missing pieces, terrible follow-up. REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. If you like the product, Be smart and do yourself a favor, buy the item from Wayfair.com. It's Dormco item, sold by Wayfair. Wayfair cares about their customers, and when the product comes up short, Wayfair will take the loss. They will refund your money, apologize, give you an extra credit for the mistake... then stop using this vendor.

We purchased a desk from Dormco, when it arrives the shipping box was almost destroyed, the pieces inside varied from scratched up to completely demolished. When we contacted the company to return the item we were told to take pictures of the damage, so we did and sent them. We were then told to that we had to make a list of all the damaged pieces( which is pretty much every piece) and they wan to send replacements and if we wanted to return it we had to pay for it. The lack of customer service and the absolute horrid quality is mind boggling. We will never do business here again and have had to turn it over to our credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau for help. BUYER BE WARE!

I bought a dorm bed headboard and was damaged when I received it. I called to speak with someone and they told me that customer service was by email only (1st problem). So I emailed and sent pictures and asked someone to call me. They responded back to my email and said it was email only and they would send me directions per attachment and I needed to send a picture of the boards and the damage in one picture. After 6-7 e-mails with them they told me they would give me 15% off or resend me the boards. I asked for the whole think to be replaced since every board had some damage. They refused and offered me a discount. A discount wasn't what I wanted to I asked to return it and they sent me their return policy which is solely on the customers own to return. Im ok with that if I decide I don't want it but the whole product is damaged, you should give me a new product. I asked again to speak to someone and they refused. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
