Constant bombardment of spam...no way to unsubscribe - kept trying - nonstop - why would someone go with them? They suck.
My nephew researched this company before I ordered his cxmas gifts from there. When he reviewed them and looked at them they were not made in America! He only wears items made in America! So I returned them! It cost 24.00 to return! He should have looked at the return policy! Not good! I wouldn't recommend this company since u have to pay to return items! It's too costly!
You can't change a order after it's placed, even if it's a minute. Duluth customer service told me they are not allowed to change, cancel,a order you have to wait till the order is shipped.i told them that they had my old address and yes I did give them my new address.stupidest company I ever dealt with.be aware
I ordered several items for my son for Christmas. He is 6'6' and it's hard to get things that fit for him but Duluth has always given me good choices. Until now. One of the items ordered was a sweater that I thought he'd really like. When he opened it Christmas morning and tried it on, it really didn't fit at all. It might have fit a 12 year old that was 5'1" but it was wayyyy too short and too small, even though it was marked a 2X. Here lies my grievance. This is the first item I've ever had to return anything to Duluth and what an unpleasant experience. The return was easy enough to initiate online so no problem there but they deducted $8 from my refund just to return it! In addition to that, there are instructions that basically say you need to return it as you received it. OK, I received it in a shipping bag. I went to send it back in a bag but the return address label Duluth sent me disallows using a bag for returns. So, there I am at the post office and wanting to get this package off for my refund so now, in order to get it back to Duluth, I have to buy a box for $5! So, it cost me $14. To send back a $70 sweater! I'm sorry to say I won't be using Duluth ever again. In my humble opinion, this is not a way to treat a loyal customer. It's been a good ride the last 20+ years but that is not a reasonable fee to return something. I'm done and moving on to companies that appreciate my business.
After 7 weeks, 5 phone calls, and 5 excuses I am still waiting for my refund. I exchanged and then returned a pair of unworn Borne boots. I have never had a problem with Duluth but will not buy from them again!
This is my first time purchasing anything from Duluth trading company. I was disappointed in the inaccurate delivery time, customer service and overall product. My current jacket had worn through, so I ordered Duluth's Bear Hide Fleece Jacket. I ordered this jacket on Thursday Nov 23rd under the assumption that it would arrive reasonably close to the estimated delivery date which was Friday December 1st. Duluth uses a third-party delivery company called pitney bowes that delivers the order to usps who then delivers to the customer. I was able to check delivery updates from pitney bowes website. December 1st came and went with no further delivery updates and no jacket. The tracking info still said it was estimated to be delivered Dec 1st. Monday December 4th, I went on to pitney bowes website to try and find a customer service/inquiry section. What I found on their website under "where's my package" inquiry was this "If you have questions about the status of your delivery or return, contact the retailer directly or marketplace where you made your purchase. Pitney Bowes provides a service for these companies and does not have this information." I then called Duluth as directed by pitney bowes website. When I explained my issue, I was told that the confusing tracking happens all the time, they don't know why, they don't have any more information for me and to call pitney bowes. I explained again what pitney bowes website says and I was told to call Duluth again in 4 days if it still hadn't arrived. At this point I asked if I could cancel my order. I was told no. They told me that I would need to wait until the package arrives to start a return order. The ETA eventually updated, and it was delivered 5 days later on Saturday. I ordered and XL jacket. I am 5'11" 240lbs with a 36inch waist. XL is sometimes too small to fit my shoulders and chest. This jacket was bigger than many XXL jackets I have worn. The fit was terrible. Now I'm paying $8.00 to return it.
Duluth does sell good products BUT, We ordered $150. Worth of stuff earlier this month. The day after the order placed we received a $20 off coupon in the mail. We called Duluth and spent 2 hours 50 minutes on hold before we got to talk to someone. The nice lady said she would apply a refund to my PayPal account to make up for the coupon. Here we are 4 days later and no refund. So we call again to be on hold 55 minutes SO FAR! That's 3 hours 45 minutes on hold. REDICULOUS! I guess we will find another place to spend our money.
I have been purchasing Duluth clothing for an easy 10 years. Work construction fantastic pants and coveralls worth every penny. But it has gotten to the point unless I am able to go to one of their stores I am no longer purchasing from them. They're shipping is absolutely horrendous I I buy a ton of merchandise online they are by far the worst company with regards to shipping that I have ever seen. Just horrible. At least with other companies if you want to pay extra for UPS you can. With Duluth it doesn't make a difference you are not getting your merchandise for 3 weeks at best. They continue to use the post office I cannot be the only one I'd love to know how much business they're losing because of their shipping.
Best clothes when you can get them to ship right. Worst shipping in the world. Placed orders three different times all three times shipping was horrible, never received two of the shipments at all. Hard to get your money back.
I ordered Christmas gifts on November 25. Found out today, December 10, that my orders will not be here by Christmas! They said oops we ran out of underwear yet ads are still airing every time I watch TV. Terrible business practices!
Ever since they dropped the no bull guarantee the quality of their products has taken a huge tumble. Pockets come apart just from keeping stuff in them, zippers wear out quickly. I'm actually writing this review from work where I have to figure out what to do because the button just came off. It's a sad deal, I found my favorite clothing story right as they were about start to start making their products cheap.
0 stars for product quality and 0 stars for service. Unfortunately -0- is not an option!
Guarantee by this company is nothing but BULL. Don't be fooled. I purchased a Duluth Trading company brand named suitcase from this company. My son used it twice in 18 months. Not even for an air travel trip. The wheel on one corner just fell off - simply from normal use.
When I contacted the company, it took a while for a response. Boiled down to this… their guarantee is 12 months and that's it. Doesn't matter that the product was only used twice. They can't even send me a wheel so I could repair it myself.
They offer me a highly restricted 30% discount on my next purchase. Are you kidding me? Why would I buy ANY product from a company known for poor quality and not willing to stand behind their products? I get the 12 months - BUT, a company who advertises their brand as "tough and no bull" should have quickly stepped up and done the right thing.
I responded to their silly restricted 30% off next purchase offer and copied the CEO (Sam Sato) on my email. Anyone think I received a reply? Don't kid yourself - company culture and brand differentiation starts at the top.
Here are pictures showing extremely low wear on the wheels. Even the handle has the original foam wrapping on it. Obvious the product was not used more than twice.
Horrible They somehow decided to ship to mom's name and address. Hubby called, waited online, left call back…no call back. Finally all was well and changed order to our address. Today we get notified they shipped my mom anyway. She doesn't even live there anymore. No more Duluth Trading for us.
I was told that the sweatshirt I was buying was of top quality and made in the United States. As soon as the sweatshirt arrived, it was clearly made overseas. I washed it as it had a bad smell, and after its first wash, it was already falling apart at the seams. I literally thew away $50 on a garbage misrepresented product. I will NEVER order from them again!
First of all, after I purchased 4 pants (flaxpidition)the threads on the back pockets broke in the first 3 days.I don't even mention, I payed 90+$ for each,in few days price already 60+.If you going return something they will use new price. What a business(
So I got a chance to go in Duluth stor in Kentucky. I really thought they were closed not one car in parking lot. I went in and even with there 25 off sale the prices where way to high. Gather reason I was told for high prices was the quality what a joke there items where no better than Walmart! I really hate it for the employees because they have no idea the company is on its way out of business.
I'll never buy from them again. Buying clothes online is risky as far as sizing or quality of the product isn't known until they are received. Recently received a product that did not meet my expectations and they charged $8 to return it. Never again will I pay $8 for getting absolutely nothing from them.
Twice I have ordered underwear from Duluth and both times my order after paying for it was canceled, because they apparently say they don't have underwear anymore. I guess I just don't. Understand that and I got no explanation from the customer service. All the state is that they will refund my money. Duluth used to be a good company to buy from. I guess if you cannot actually pick something up in your hand and pay for it and walk out of the store, you're liable to get screwed and that's a shame. Times sure are changing. I guess buyer beware!
Their close are good quality, but still not worth the insanely high prices. You also can't cancel or change an online order once it's been submitted, which is a huge problem.
I placed an order for Duluth trading and received three different sizes of one item some packages had been reopened basically they gave me what they had. I sent the items back in the same package they were shipped in. It took them one month and 4 days to receive the package back to them. They have told me four different dates when my package was to arrived back to me so far they will not send me a tracking number because that tells where it's coming from. The girl I talked to on the phone was from the Philippines. She said most of the orders come from there. This is a disgrace
Answer: It is a scam. They don't follow their own policies. Buy elsewhere.
Answer: They profess to have a NO BULL guarantee. That's it, no fine print. But there is fine print, well hidden on their site.
Answer: It was not difficult getting Customer Service. My return was denied twice by email, twice by phone and once by a supervisor. It was the 5th effort that finally got me through to a supervisor who gave me the credit.
Answer: My order has taken over SIX WEEKS AND STILL NOT DELIVERED. Most ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE, STORED AND SHIPPED FROM CHINA. You always get what you pay for!
Answer: You should call them and explain. They should replace them. Last year, they would have replaced them. They are different now so I can't say what they will do. If they refuse, call back over and over again until you get a reasonable agent on the phone. Ask for a supervisor also, if needed.
