A lot of bugs in the game and customer service is very bad. Not helping, not refunding even if there promise etc.
I don't recommend.

EA App is the worst app in the world. Where are the language settings in games? Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, not all languages ​​are available for Sims Medieval. I know it's an old game, but Origin had the language I bought the game in. Why is it only English now?

This is so frustrating. I pay for xbox game pass for my daughter which comes with EA typically. However, since my daughter isn't old enough, EA wont let her install any games unless I actually buy them. Even though I am supposed to be able to get them for free. This is insanity.

Ea is so trash that they cant make a freaking game to work. Every time that i try to lunch the game there is some stupid error that pops up out of nowhere and that takes me weeks to fix. They are that trash. Why cant they make their thing work like steam. When i eventually get my game to work (fifa 23) after month, i have the most terrible and stupidest experience. I am trying to play pro clubs with my friends and have fun, but guess what, all of the fun goes away because of some stupid npcs. I managed to reach div 1 and i was trying to win the title. But of course, my ai's are worst than when i was in div 5. This is RIDICULOUS EA. I checked all of my tactics and everything, but they all freaking suck. Not only the ai's are terrible but the referee is stupid asf. I get tackled to the ground 5 times and no card. I stab for the wall and i only hit the ball and i get a red card. LIKE WHAT IS THAT!. Their game makes it so that you want to play it, but in reality it is the worst game that i ever played. EA I hope you are seeing this so that you guys can change your platforms with the errors and fifa 23 pro clubs.

A very strange company that doesn't care about their players. I can't unlink my PS account from EA, while there is no way to contact technical support - they send this question to the forum!?
As a result, it's easier for me to just abandon their game, since I'm not a fan of them, than to break through stupid obstacles.

My account was due to expire on Feb 26,2023. On Jan. 26 they charged my account $39.99 for a one year subscription. I wanted to unsubscribe to the account as my husband played it and he passed away. When I finally was able to contact someone thru a chat option they told me they couldn't refund the charge. The phone number they supply on their web site connects to a phone sex line.

Forced to upgrade to the new EA App, it is rubbish and it does not work. No error reporting, so I can't troubleshoot. The support advice from the ea.com website is even more useless than the app. Typical EA release, obviously not tested properly, and rushed out - just about what I would expect from this company. I would not be surprised if all my purchases have been deleted - this company are a gang of thieves.

EA forced user's to upgrade to their EA game App. And now the games I have been purchasing since 2017, I can not play. I will be looking for a refund for all my games that I have purchased. I tried talking to someone in Cambodia and he was at a lost of what to do so he just hung up on me. EA games should take care of their faithful customers or they are going to be bankrupt very soon!

Their customer service keep accusing me of cheating. I was hacked and they don't care. They simply ban you and refuse to look into the case properly.

For developers of games like say (BF2042) you guys are pretty stupid. Whose bright idea was it to do the latest update, because whoever it was needs a new job.
WTF were you thinking? That's one of the dumbest if not the dumbest update I've seen. If I wanted to go back in time and play BF4 then I would have just played it. If the damn game isn't broken, then don't fix it. You guys really screwed the pooch on this update. I'd rather watch YouTube videos than play this game right now and I've been a BF player since its inception. FIX THE GAME!

I understand that this is kind of pricey but I feel like I need to do it.

I bought an add-on for the sims 3 called roaring heights and it didn't show up anywhere so I called them for a refund and said they were unable to. Why is there an option to buy an add-on thats not going to even show up in the game.

I been playing games for 18 years in Steam, played legitly for an average n00b, so Origin migrated their accounts to the EA App making me unable to play correctly cant connect to servers in BF1, so asked for help EA support. The say to investigate it.

After 24hrs after migrating to the EA app, I could play back again might have been a glitch because of the migration.

After another 24hrs EA banned my entire EA account so can't play Apex, cant play Battlefield and they blamed the issue was due to my Persona Name "HumbleePidoBear" as the issue, which I have used for like a decade already! A Decade! As it's against the TOS!

The Moderator who did this may have such a misconstrued mind, so their dirty brain just point it as against TOS!

EA Support/Help if you're seeing this! I really hope you hire Neutral minded people as your Moderators cause that person should burn in the pits of Tartarus for having a kind of partial misconstrued mind thinking "HumbleePidoBear" is the same as "Pedo".

You ever played pinball disguised as football? Try fifa23 turn constant pressure on and make it literally a luck game, and to make it even more random heres a new one, bad referee calls...in a video game, yes you heard it right, sometimes players just look at you in the box and you get a penalty...sometimes they will brake your legs, burry you and dance on your grave and the comentator wil say "that was a clean tackle", this and more...try fifa if you dont care much for your sanity.

They dont care about their customers, just their money, when they have moeny nothing matters... The have broken games, broken servers and worst ToS team ive ever seen... They want to be "open minded" and "liberal" but they just censor everything and put "new world problem" everywhere... And you get perma banned for writing a word thats wrong for them...(funny that they got this written on mirages bag LOL xd, hypocrites)

Cannot reach any alive human being. I have had my account disabled for no reason at all.

1. Tried to go main EA website and login.
* The website is not working. I cannot login because every time I try to, I get 500 Internal server error.
* I guess your account and customer service is not important to them

2. When I did manage to reach someone though tertiary game websites and requested more information I was told a generic pre recorded text message. Every time I would reopen ticket and try to talk to a live person or ask any additional information, I would get the same generic reply.

I paid so much money in products and games, and now I cant even access it. Avoid this company at all costs.
