The BIGGEST FRAUD company & a bunch of SCOUNDRELS.

I was promised a refund of Rs. 2599/- on 10th August by Mr. Neeraj Chauhan (Senior Executive | Hotels & Operations).

No refund yet but, fake promises and gibberish responses on Twitter.

Save your both time and hard-earned money from this FRAUD company.

First was offered discount of convinience fee when booked, now my ticket was cancelled with airlines and they granted full refund, Now Ease my trip claimed that there will be deduction of convinience fee, and not ready to issue a GST invoice as well for the convinience fee, after having an argument, when next day I called for refund, they now levied a new deductible charge termed as service fee of 400 over and above convinience fee, I MEAN SERVICE FEE FOR WHAT? EVERY DAY YOU CALL A NEW DEDUCTION IS LEVIED! NO GST INVOICE ISSUED FOR CONVINIENCE FEE WHICH THEY CLAIMING, IF IT WAS REALLY A CONVINIENCE FEE, WHERE IS THE GST DISCLOSED ON THE TAX INVOICE YOU SHARED?

POST MY REVIEW DATED 23.07.23 PROMPT ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE MANAGEMENT OF THE AGENCY AND MY BALANCE AMOUNT WAS RETURNED WITHIN RECORD TIME. I APPRECIATE THE EFFORTS.

This is a disgusting enterprise. I'm shocked that they haven't been dismantled yet. Just read the reviews online - countless people experiencing the same thing. Paying a lot of money, never receiving the flight. Never getting confirmation, never getting their money back. Or being asked to pay EVEN MORE MONEY to get the flight they originally paid for?! Perhaps even worse, some people were issued a flight ticket, got all the way to the airport before realising the ticket is completely fraudulent. I am reporting these fraudsters to every avenue I can possibly conceive of, but I'm just shocked that they are still operating. I'm leaving every review possible to try to save some people from experiencing what I have. I got my money back - thanks to PayPal - but countless others have not. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. But you know they aren't - they're laughing all the way to the bank. Still, SHAME ON THEM!

For the past 5 years I am booking through EaseMyTrip every time something or the other problem arises seems to be intentional, but this is too bad this time - its been 7 months around 30K refund i supposed to get these people are not refunding only.

EMT******* - Booking was for 28th February 2023 BBI DEL Sector with Air India and the flight got cancelled by the airlines since then I am keep on following up with the team, but they are not refunding my Money and they are not responding in a positive way (whenever I call after 30 min of waiting in queue they used to say you will get update withing 24hrs and the 24hrs is not finished yet).

EMT******* - Booking was for 15th July 2023 BLR DMK Sector with Thai Lion Air and the Ticket got cancelled by the airlines since then I am keep on following up with the team, but they said within 7 days you will get refund till then I am following up with them, now they are not refunding my Money and they are not responding in a positive way (whenever I call after a long waiting time they used to pick the call and say you will get update within 24hrs and this also the same as previous booking).

They are the most incompetent tour booking agent ever. They lack knowledge about the places you wish to visit and will suggest low-quality hotels for your stay. No customer support even after repeated attempts to contact them. You will end up paying extra during your tour as there are lots of hidden cost which this tour operator does not inform you at the time of booking.

Used this site to book my flight ticket, paid all the amount and also paid for my seat which I wanted after paying all the amount. Got a mail saying the seat which I selected is already taken by someone else, talked with the representative they said to talk with the airlines directly. And airline representative said my seat was not selected and they don't even have any details about my seat from ease my trip. Had to pay for my seat again. Very very bad experience.

Bad experience with travel agent they will not entertain u if not provided thr set price for packages

I booked through Easemytrip agent of 5th july and had two layovers at london and dublin. I asked couple of times with agent that if we require any kind of transit visa and my agent deepak said we don't need any visa. When we reached delhi airport, BA staff didn't allow us to board the flight because we don't have Dublin transit visa. I have contacted several.times with my agent deepak they are just taking their step back saying contact british airways. I have uploaded a screenshot which shows the agent deepak giving details of the flight while booking which says nothing about the ireland terminal change. I have spend a lott of money in booking another flight on the spot.

Don't buy ticket from them. They will sell you ticket without notifying you for visa requirements for a transit. I booked a ticket with two stops and there was no indication that i need a transit visa even i was in international area. Other website always warn you for such thing. When i reach out to them they told me that its my fault and i needed a visa for travelling. I told them normally we don't need a transit visa for 1 stop so if they are selling tickets it's their responsibility to notify customers. I lost a lot money because of these $#*! holes. Don't buy tickets from them.

Unfortunately I had booked *******@GoFirstairways which was scheduled to fly from Mumbai to Goa (26th may).
This concerned flight details are Go First G8-382, PNR-EC3K4N/ PNR-RYVHEC and the return flight from Goa to Mumbai (30th may) details are Go First G8- 315, PNR- T5UQUI/ PR-VCJPRD
This flights was cancelled by the airlines Therefore I request you to refund the full amount. I have booked the flight via EASE MY TRIP. Both airlines and travel agent keep sending me back and forth.
If my request does not result in payment of the above-mentioned compensation amount. I will make the complaint and take legal actions if necessary.

The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service exhibited by your staff is simply unacceptable. I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy as a paying customer, but instead, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and assistance. The behavior of your staff during this incident further exacerbated the frustration and disappointment I felt.

As a result of this unjust denial of check-in, I kindly request an immediate refund of the full amount paid for the reservation. I trust that you will understand the gravity of the situation and take prompt action to rectify the matter. The refund should be processed directly into my account, and I expect to receive confirmation of the refund within 24 hours.

Please be advised that if I do not receive a satisfactory response and the refund within the stipulated time, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I will not hesitate to share my unfortunate experience on various online platforms, social media, and review websites, which may have a negative impact on your hotel's reputation.

I hope that you will address this issue urgently and take the necessary steps to compensate me for the inconvenience caused. I expect a swift resolution and your immediate attention to this matter. Your prompt action will be crucial in restoring my faith in your establishment and preventing any further damage to your reputation.

Regarding the lounge policy, please check with them before booking the tickets. The lounge is available only in the city of departure and two hours from your departure timing. This is not mentioned anywhere and they expect you to have this knowledge on your own.
I selected a seat and made the payment of 150Rs. The payment went through but did not get a confirmation. I tried explaining the same to the support via multiple calls, chat and whatsapp. I guess I am very bad at explaining my problem or they are very well trained to turn a deaf ear to my questions.
Finally, I have asked them not to return the amount and keep it to themselves.
I will never use ease my trip again, even if it means that I end up paying extra money. Peace of mind is more important than a few hundred rupees.

In retrospect, I regret not booking directly with the airline instead of using EaseMyTrip. It is evident that they exploit unsuspecting customers by inflating prices and manipulating the booking process for their own financial gain.

To avoid a similar experience, I recommend considering alternative options and choosing reputable platforms or booking directly with airlines. This will help ensure a transparent and hassle-free booking experience.

After flight cancelled by airlines they dont refund your money. My flight was cancelled by air lines on 13th jan,2023 and today is 21st May 2023, i have mailed 10 times and called so many times. They just give wrong commitments and will not refund you. Never use Easemytrips.

Following the purchase of a ticket, Air China cannot confirm the outbound flight and offered me either an upgrade option or a different date, both were significantly higher than market rates. I then requested a full refund but they said there were cancellation fees because the return flight had already been confirmed.
My options following a purchase were either to pay extra or pay extra!
To my knowledge, this is illegal and a scam.
