Very very unhappy with this company I've purchased tickets to Bangkok and it was in pending status for many hours, after I called them, they wanted more money to be able to send the confirmed tickets across to me and I stated I don't want to send any more money, they then offered me different price and tried to haggle. I rejected this I'm so upset and unhappy with this. Withholding tickets and extorting more money from customers, I want a full refund I doubt I'll get it! It was 40 pounds cheaper on Google than the other airline third party companys but ends up being alot more once they take your money and extort you for more!

Please could you tell me why you haven't supplied all the data that you have on my file after booking with you. This is been requested several times and still you will not forward the information that is required to complain about the wrong ticket you booked and the ticket that you without notification so when I arrived at the airport I didn't have a ticket. You are always very good at increasing the price after the ticket was booked. This is what you did to me. You totally ruined my honeymoon due to the stress of your lies and failure. You always say that it will be solved in 10 minutes to three hours. You know for well that you've got no intention of rectifying these problems. Again I request all the information held on me. If I was a customer I would use A reputable company with good customer service who don't cheat and lie. Everybody is giving poor reviews have the same complaints. Use at your own peril.

Shocking experience

Worst scam! Avoid!
Paid for my flight at the price advertised on the web search to be contacted 4 days later that I had to pay an extra Β£193 Γ— 2 due to the fact that the airline changed the price of the flight. I have called the customer service number only to be told that they would not talk to me over the phone with the pretext of the connection being poor which is absolutely not the case. They contacted me on WhatsApp and began negotiating the amount of the extra fee that they insisted me to pay which I refused and asked for the cancellation of my booking. Thieves that are out to make money on the back of customers that look for a brief break by booking a holiday which now is ruined. I have taken this issue with my bank and hope for the best. Never trust third party agencies as their only interest is to delve into people's pockets. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Read before you book.
You book then they ring you back after taking payment and ask for more money. If you don't pay the will just cancel and keep your money. So beware. If they promise something they will not do it and say that person has been sacked. Still will not refund. Meg Robin Rushing Pawan Shane Ronny have all promised and lied constantly. When you ask for them the simply say that they are unavailable or the agent cuts off or you get cut off when they say that they are going to connect you. When we booked we were promised that the name and passport number would easily be changed in the married name free of charge. When we forwarded the information to them by WhatsApp and email. They promised everything deliver nothing. Three weeks of daily calls several per day. They Rob you. Blackmail you. After over 3 weeks of waiting for simple ticket name change I placed a review on here.Ease my trip. Replied saying that they were eager to resolve this problem give them a call I've been doing this now for three days and guess what either cut off as soon as they answered or placed on hold then cut off or an answer machine. The whole company lie continuously and obviously don't care about anything to do with customer service once they've got your money they don't refund all correct their lies. If they say the person's name is Megan Rita Simon Amam Shane Shane who has supposed to have supposed to have been dismissed for lying. Do not make a booking with them as you will lose your money. I've actually resort to using a different company called my trip they were kind enough to call back five times without hesitation the staff are always polite and professional and will wait on the line until you are happy and everything is to your satisfaction. Ease my trip ask for extra money for different excuses and say that you will not get your tickets until you pay. If I had not known that this was a travel agency I would have thought it was a scam. Do not hand over any money. I can only presume that the good reviews are not genuine. Google other review sites and see the true reflection of their one or two stars and poor service. They've had every chance to call me as your number shows up when you call them they decide not to call you or get in touch with you via WhatsApp. They will just give you another Indian number that sends you round in circles

Do not permit reschedule or cancellation through site. Even after submitting correct otp multiple times, it doesn't permit manage booking. The airline site says do it through agent. Both doesn't work. Cheating people by selling refundable ticket with additional charge

I recently made a hotel booking whose terms and conditions stated that cancellation would have been free up to 3 days before arrival and nowhere was written that reservation was prepaid. Nevertheless, without informing me and without writing it anywhere during the booking process, they immediately charged my credit card and of course I received the charge in my currency, Euros. I then cancelled a few days later, within the deadline, but was not refunded the entire amount I was charged because they do charge and refund in Indian rupees and make you lose money in the conversion to a different currency. I strongly suggest not to book with them.

I booked a ticket and the money got deducted. The ticket was not booked and they said it would be refunded in 24 hours. After 5 days of waiting, I emailed them and they asked me for the transaction details. After that, there was no response. After a few days, I called their customer care and they said they had escalated the case and the refund would be there in 24 hours. Again after a few days of waiting, there was no sign of refund. When I called them again they said that there was an issue with the airlines and would be issued in 24 hours. They said if I did not get the money back, keep calling every 24 hours. I wrote a review in Google Playstore and suddenly they found a solution and sent a mail that the refund was initiated. They called me and I was not available so they started calling all my relatives for whom I booked the tickets earlier and told them to ask me to take down the bad review. There is no data privacy in this company. They have done this earlier also with me and called my family members to ask me to take down the review and replace it with good ones. They do not want to improve their service but just ask for good reviews. I now have an impression that probably most of their reviews are bought and fake ones. It was an eye-opener for me when I came to this kind of forum and found repetitive complaints from their other customers.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I've received. Despite repeatedly calling and requesting a room upgrade, nothing has been done. What's even more upsetting is that I was told by your team that an upgrade wasn't possible, which is untrue according to the hotel itself.

We had booked a hotel in Aurangabad (Maharashtra) through your company's mobile app. It was clearly visible on the app that the booking was for one night, after which we okayed the booking, but after making the payment, you informed us that the hotel was booked only for a few hours, which shows that we have been cheated. When we later enquired at customer care, we were not helped. We are very hurt by this and will not make any booking through you in future and will also share our feedback on Google.
EaseMyTrip app gives wrong guidance and makes fake bookings. This app should not be downloaded.

ROBBERS! THIEVES!

ROBBERS! FRAUDS! They steal customer information fro MakeMyTrip.com and keep spamming left-right-center over Whatsapp. You block one number and then you receive from another. Wonder where they get our personal numbers from! I've never registered or used their service and NEVER WILL given the annoying spamming they do!

Have been using MakeMyTrip for over 10 years now and they have NOT ONCE spammed me, total respect to them for this and only gives me more confidence in using them for all my future transactions without a worry of being spammed with irritating discount or other related offers, which I have never been interested in to begin with.

I'm not sure if this flooding of such marketing offers over people's mobiles really helps them as for myself, I blacklist such spammers and make sure I do not use their services even if they are the last ones left on earth.

Fraud company

EASEMYTRIP.com & EASEMYTRIP.co.uk are fraudsters. They takes your money by advertising cheap tickets on their website, but won't issue a ticket for 3 days, then will send you an email with an excuse that the booking has been rejected by the airline. But won't issue a refund for 10 days and will use your money for free.
UK staff is the worst, especially Jyoti Rawat. She only replies once in 3 days and doesn't reply when you ask for a proof of refund.

No customer service support for holiday bookings. Agents are very irresponsible. I booked a holiday package and when I reached at mentioned hotel it was not booked. Even the other hotel they booked was the worst hotel they have provided. Customer care no. Doesn't works. No feedback and complaint process. You gets response from bots. Worst company ever
It's the worst company ever. I booked a flight for 635 pounds, and the next day, I was told that it would be an additional 649 pounds to confirm. I reluctantly paid, went to check in, and they canceled the booking. I explained to British airways what happened, they rebooked for same flight next day, scam travel agency vindictively contacted British airways and got that cancelled too. They won't answer their phone or emails. Filing fraud claims with my bank and I will win. British Airways weren't helpful at all as they said there was nothing they could do about the company canceling my flights. I will never return to England because of this experience of trying to get home and paying an extra $5000 to get home.

Your follow up about the regret this caused is lies, this was done with purpose, vindictiveness, and out greed.

I called *******043 at least 30 times just to be told I was next caller in queue to be hung up on every single time. The main person who did this to me specifically is:

Here is a quote from one of his emails:

Further, I have a full chat transcript from British Airways stating that the "Travel Agent" canceled both the flight arrangements made on 3/17/2024 and the ones made directly by me to British Airways on 3/18/2024. This had nothing to do with them; it was just interference in my travel plans to further trouble me. You will hear from multiple banks and organizations about this once I return home. This is not over.

The positive reviews are also planted. "Jyoti Rawat" is an employee of the company as evidenced as part of some emails chains with them. Do not believe the positive reviews, they are planted by the company. This company WILL SCAM YOU.
