Don't book with this company ،im writing again and again to expose you, i payed for a hotel in Dubai since 26/09
They didn't book for me anything and they said we will, refund you in 4 to 5 days
Now its more than a month and still no refund

I took their services in rhe month of October which was my biggest mistake. My hotel stays were arranged with third class hotels which do not have basic amenities. Easemytrip had charged me double the amount of the trip. An highly unsatisfactory and discomfortable trip which has spoiled my vacations. Requesting again to everyone, please do not plan your trip with easemytrip.

This is a crap company that is useless and has a horrible customer service that cannot help. I had a flight booked and cancelled but I never received any refunds. So I just honestly say what this site does. They just take money and never give it back. I will keep sharing my experiences with the world.

My flight for sector Shillong- Dimapur for 14-10-2023 was cancelled by the airline Air Asia stating operational issue. However, while processing for the fare refund, I was compelled to pay Rs.300 per passenger as cancellation fee stating that it's the company policy. How can such charges be made when there is no fault at my end? I have missed my appointments. Rather than compensating for the flight cancellation, i am forced to pay cancellation fee. Where is my right as a traveller? The company charges on refund sounds no justification. Waste of money.

No sign of getting refund of the flight canceled by airlines 2 weeks ago. Unfriendly customer service. Wants to deduce service chargers 400 a ticket for no fault of customer. When asking for return, giving excuse of return from airline. Never again.

They will request you to pay extra and get you a fully refundable ticket. You spend extra because you aren't sure if you will be able to stick to the schedule, fairly so. NOW, when you cancel the ticket with ample days prior to schedule, you will not get the refund. Stay away, care for your money, prefer direct airline booking. After all they are not airline, no physical presence, namesake customer care. Don't be fooled, know better now.

With great difficulty I could get to them, they refuse to refund while it was clearly refundable when I booked.

Very high cancellation charges within 3 hrs of booking
Other websites charge Rs.300 and easymytrip charges Rs.4000

I canceled my flight booking with airline directly as the airline cancelled the flight. I reached out to EMT customer care but they are not refunding my amount citing airline has not refunded them. I have even provided them the proof of refund that airline provided me. Still they are saying they did not recieve the confirmation from airline. They are holding more than ******* INR and not giving me my refund.

I had booked a flight Bangalore to Leh for 28 Sep 2023,Spicejet, 2 passengers, PNR - K8JK2F. The flight was rescheduled and I had to cancel it. Spicejet says they have refunded the flight ticket amount to ease my trip and have sent the email communication confirming the same. I sent the communication to easemytrip and my refund was processed within 10 days. Thanks

Worst experience!
I have already mailed 3 to 4 times regarding refund my money for flight cancellations. Already spicejet refunded the money to Easemytrip 8 days back but they never refund my money in my account. Always told me didn't get money from spicejet but I have already shared the proof on mail that is spicejet already paid the money on easemytrip account
No-one can revert on mail as well.

I booked a multiple city ticket and Ease my trip cancelled my booking and put the blame on airlines. Upon calling the customer care, Priya their agent is telling me that they called me 3 times but I never received even a single call. I have attached the pic of the booking confirmation that I received which was later announced as cancelled.
This is the second time Ease my trip has done this. Last time, it took me more than 3 months to get my refund from them. I do not know how much time it will take now. PLEASE DO NOT USE EASE MY TRIP. It is a fraud and bogus website.

Most horrible experience, my god, god only saved us
This site gave us an unreliable driver his car all of a sudden broke down at 12am and for one hour we stood out on the highway, where nobody passed by on top he took extra amount. We called ease my trip to share this concern they said we can't book another as it is not our problem, living the ladies alone on the road which is unsafe. They have not yet refunded my amount in total. I wasted my money all way long spending extra money spent on the hotel charge. Hypocrites!
The hotel we booked was not cleaned.
This company won't be blessed and will have curses upon them for such incident.

For the refund, they ask client to cancel inline and put them on a status that keeps customers in dark and also the airline. Later airlines refund them 100% but they keep all 90% of amount saying airline deduction. I am going through this, and will go legally so people like me do not get into this fraud.
Pls always read reviews and take it authentic cause we write it when we are already effected by this fraud.

Rubbish customer service. Rubbish Management. Once booking is done these people won't listen to you. If you ask for your refund these people will start harassing you and will try to make fool out of you. Please do not book anything from them. Go for MMT or other booking websites but don't ever go for Ease my Trip because these people will Worsen your Trip

I booked flight booking for Mumbai - Goa through Easemytrip on 01-09-2023. Booked Akasa Airlines evening flight from Mumbai to Goa date on 26/09/2023 Seat no F26. We also made UPI through payment for booking but I did not get any confirmation. My 1704.00 rupees have also been deducted from UPI. We attached Payment paid UPI transaction details, bank statements but customer care executive send again and again only system generated mail and said check with your bank. Still Not getting any satisfied reply from Easemytrip.
Company makes fool for customers.

We booked both way tickets for 3 people from Kolkata to Bangalore and Bangalore to Kolkata via easemytrip and the fare shown was rs34,478 and the amount deducted was rs39,867.
We called them and their agent asked us to email them & they told its because the fares raised in fraction of seconds and closed the matter and not just that the flight got cancelled and we got a refund of 19,000rs and then when we downloaded the intenary the price brakage for the remaining 1 sided flight was rs14,220.
We again called the customer care and they again said you need to mail but its XYZ fees got deducted even after the airline cancelling the flight and not us... This company is nothing but a scamming company and no one should ever trust this company...
Neither they take any actions nor they listen to their customers and rather they arr just fooling the customers by stating no extra fare other than the airline chages that to with discount, but I am sorry, your company is the only company where I have faced this issue and if this is how you scam people, this company will shut very very soon...

This is one of the worst company in India to trust for hotel bookings
Recntly i had a booking for october montly stay in mysore via this portal. Booking us cibfirmed and everything is planned all a sudden i got a call from easemytrip trip team stating no rooms available for that day and my booking got confirmed while hotel systems are getting updated what a scarp story
