I ordered a dress from edressit for my pre-wedding photo shoot. It looked beautiful on the model. I opted for a colour change and a custom made dress. I had my measurements done by a tailor so that it would be correct. They struggled to tell me what colour another dress was on the chart so that I could choose it - this should have rung alarm bells. Anyway I went ahead and ordered a magenta dress with my custom measurements. The dress arrived in a different shade, which I could live with. I tried it on and it was too loose and too long, they had not adjusted for my height. I wrote to complain and they blamed my measurements. I went to my tailor to get remeasured and he confirmed the measurements I sent were correct and he confirmed the dress was designed for a tall person. I sent multiple pictures to ask for a refund for the custom made fees because it was clearly incorrect. They continue to blame my measurements. They offered me 20 euros which is a joke and does not even come close to my tailoring fees to get it sorted. When I highlighted this, they reverted back to blaming my measurements and ignoring the fact that the photos I sent clearly show errors on their part. I also found a pin left in the dress - I was lucky not to get stabbed. I would avoid ordering from here especially if youd like a dress truly custom made or you might end up wasting £289 like I did!

Updating my review from 1/20/18 to add that you can get a response from edressit if you contact them via Facebook messenger. I received a return address for the dresses I purchased, but it cost $62.00 to return the two dresses because the address is in Shangai, China! If I'd known this before buying, I NEVER would have made the purchase.
As of today (mid March) I have NOT received a refund even though I returned the dresses in perfect, unworn condition with all tags still attached per their refund policy. The customer service person that responded to my inquiries said they would give me a refund once the dresses were received, then they said to wait until after Chinese New Year... I'm STILL WAITING.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. Dresses were NOT WORTH this aggravation and time. Instead of enjoying this time with my daughter before she gets married, I'm dealing with this nonsense. Shame on you, edressit!

I ordered a wedding dress from this page, over $300, and they took 2 weeks to tell me that it was sold out... They could have easily posted on the dress that it was not in stock so I wouldn't have ordered it. Thanks to that, I don't have a wedding dress and I've basically been begging to get my money back. They told me that I would have to go online to cancel my order but funny story is that when I tried logging onto my account it said that it was nonexistent... Hmm. Okay. Worst possible page on the internet. Not recommended.

I ordered my daughter's Homecoming dress from this site. It seemed like a good idea at the time. I won't make them mistake of ordering from them again and only write this review in hopes of saving someone else from making the same mistake. I measured my daughter EXACTLY and ordered a Small dress for her. When we got it, it was terrible quality. The biggest problem was it wasn't the size we ordered. It is marked small - but it was not the measurements the website said a small dress should be. My daughter normally wears a US size 2/4. She couldn't zip it up. Her friend (that is a US size double zero) could barely zip it up but couldn't walk in it. I contacted Customer Service and after 14 emails back and forth they finally gave me the address to return the dress. Except I have to pay the return shipping even though it was their mistake on sizing the dress wrong. I contacted DHL to ship it back and was quoted over $100 to ship it back to China. That is more than the dress is even worth. This site is a total rip off. BEWARE!

I purchased dress on August 4, I paid extra $ 42 for the faster shipping, they promised I will receive the item in 3 business days, I needed this dress for (august 12) for my sister wedding
I emailed them that I was worried and I was afraid if I don't receive the dress on time they told me calm down you'll receive that the dress on time so I didn't buy any other dress and I trusted them and I waited, I did not received the dress after 8 days waiting for it,
I did receive the dress and I didn't have any dress for my sister wedding I have no time to buy another dress
Such a disgrace and scandal customer service! They played and killed my time and my money I had no dress for my sister wedding
Worse than that I was begging them to refund my money and he said that they will refund me after they receive the item back although I never got the dress but they refused to refund me neither and I had to beg them over PayPal to refund my money untill now they have not refunded me yet and I'm sending messages to them to please refund my money back over PayPal
There is a number on their site but they can't speak English they respond to emails to days later they have a horrible and on trusted business just be aware they killed and wasted my time and money for two weeks just for a dress

I made a order with edressit. After a month I contacted them because I didn't recieve the order... a detail was missing, I gave it to them. Two weeks later I had to contact them again since my dress didn't arrived... another detail such my phone number was missing (which I gave them before).
I told them that my dress won't arrive on time for the wedding and that i want my money back. They said no problem.
I never got the money. I contacted them few times, they keept saying they did refund me, sent me a PDF like "a proof"... but I never got my money and I never got my dress.

NEVER TRUST THIS SITE

Do not buy any dress here if you don't waste of your money.

I was planning to buy my wedding dress here and visited London shop.
A month later, I got totally different fabric and terrible stitched dress.

The worst thing is they didn't refund my money... they deducted 10% from the money I paid...

That is the most strange service I ever had...

Cette robe de soirée dentelle est tout simplement parfaite, composée de 3 superpositions doublure, dentelle et voile drapée pour un effet vaporeux garanti, la coupe près du corps très féminine, le décolleté asymétrique avec une seule manche, très originale. Merci, edressit!

I ordered a couple of dresses from eDressit and they were beautiful dresses. Nothing was wrong with them and they fit fine, they just looked awful on me so I wanted to return them. I had no issues with getting a response in a timely fashion from eDressit's customer service and they were very willing to take the dresses back. The trouble came when I actually wanted to mail the dresses back to China. The shipping cost was almost the same price as the dresses (well over $200) if I wanted to send the dresses back via a reliable shipping source (DHL). After a lot of running around town and stress, I finally just decided to resell the dresses here instead of trying to ship them back to China.

I am a very loyal customer from eDressit. I have bought many dresses here, and they were all of good quality. If you want to buy high quality but cheap dresses online, I highly recommend this site to you. But when you select dresses, do remember to choose the right size according to their size chart. It is smaller than our standard size. They have a very excellent customer service and will be very helpful when you have any question.
