I bought the Ride or Die lip balm (cheeky cherry) and can honestly say it tastes like old lady perfume. So I hit up Elf customer support to find out if I got a bad tube or something else was messed up because there is no way they meant for it to taste like this! They answered my first inquiry with a few vague paragraphs BUT they never addressed the lip gloss taste in question. I sent 2 more inquiries and have heard nothing from the company. Leads me to believe the company is $#*!e and I won't spend money with them again.

I'm in love with the ELF products! I look gorgeous with all of them: my skin glows and my lips are nourished! Recommended to all my friends!

Chewy offers incredible customer service and their prices are really hard to beat. In terms of price comparisons on items selling on chewy vs amazon, petco, or petsmart, chewy usually offers the lowest prices. I placed an order for terramycin (pres. Eye drops) which was around $28 on amazon but i was able to get for significantly less on chewy, around $20.

Keep in mind that e. L. f cosmetics is very inexpensive so don't have high expectations. With that being said, I believe for the price point, consumers are getting decent quality goods for the price. I've used their eyeliners, some of their eyeshadows, lipstick and accessories. Some of them match the quality of mid-tier brands from Sephora. You really have to try them out and see what products work for you.

I love that their website is easy to browse, they're in-stock in retail stores and online. You could get a lot of promotional discounts, offers and their shipping minimum is only $25+ to get free shipping. Anything that doesn't work out, I don't even bother returning. It's not worth it. E. l. F cosmetics run on affordability, so personally, I don't bother returning cosmetics less than $30 in any store. I just try to use it up a different way or give it away to someone I trust.

Cheap beuty products but quality. I often buy eyeliners here. They are the best for me. Wanna try a foundation.

Nice, Love this elf cosmetics brand. Affordable makeup with high quality formulation. I like their face and lip cosmetic range. Great collections and amazing packaging. Foundation is Super light weight on the skin also the lip balm makes lips feels hydrated as well as soft and moisturized.

Have tried several of their products so far, most of which was not terrible, but not that good. No special effect, no unique items. But for such price, I guess it is one of the best you can have. Otherwise if you're looking more for quality than a price, better try different brands.

I have placed 3 orders so far with Elf. First and foremost I love almost everything I have gotten. The couple of items I didn't care for were preference issues, not quality. I wish they would expand their lines to include hair care! I wish they had more fragrance-free and sensitive skin items... I wish I could buy more from them! Second, the packaging is hands down BEST I have seen from a beauty/skin care company. Everything arrives in perfect condition. Sturdy boxes, appropriate packing material, etc. Finally, good value: affordable items in hand sizes. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to be an ELF customer.
