Very disappointed in the primer. It did absolutely nothing. I was hoping for a little coverage but got none

I am not impressed with the process of completing my order on elfs website. I had a $25 gift card I was going to use and an additional $5 off the website offered me. Although, to my surprise, It was not easy to find where to put this information in since I don't shop with gift cards or promo codes often. It was the ONLY drop down that wasn't extended fully in the payment part of the process, leaving it to not be seen, what's so ever! Once I realized there wasn't going to be another menu to put my codes in, it was too late. My order had already been placed. So, I look up how to cancel my order, email, and they tell me cancels cannot be made. What?!? I've seen this problem with so many brands and it is just infuriating. I love elf products but I am salty my whole order had to be payed for by me when originally it was going to be "free".

My wife uses the E.l.f. Cosmetics highlighter and concealer duo, she uses it all the time now she can't find it anywhere. Please please bring the product back. She loves that thing

I use this product everyday, and everyone I know uses it too. E.l.f. Discontinued the product, I don't know why but everyone I know would really appreciate it, including me. Please e.l.f. Bring it back.

Vegan, cruelty free and paraben free, check. Fast shipping (usually ships within the day I order), check. Get my items within a few days of ordering, check. Amazing and beautiful products, check. Oh and insanely affordable. I can't even believe this company is real. It's so so good.

Just bought from them the Black Friday deal and it was supposed to be forty percent off. They overcharged me and didn't send all the products. In total I got 6 lip products and was charged 50.00 dollars. I should've just gone to the store! Have sent three emails and I get nothing but promos for discounts on prods. No customer service response. They better fix this or I am going to post this everywhere beginning with my 7k followers.

Very cheap brand, I bought it once and it feels good. But won't buy it again maybe. Because I already have a lot of similar items

I went on Elf.com to search for a new toner to use in my skincare routine. My previous toner wasn't as effective as I wanted it to be in terms of removing excess oil and makeup. As I was browsing, I came across the Pure Skin collection. That's when I realized that Elf has a Pure Skin Toner made with niacinamide, oat milk and aloe juice for all skin types. I decided to purchase the product and the results have been amazing. The toner leaves my face smooth, refreshed, glowing, soft and light. It doesn't irritate my skin and it's fragrance free. It is definitely my "must-have" product.

I am from Canada and did my research before ordering online knowing that it can take 3-4 weeks for my order to arrive. The day before my order was supposed to arrive, they emailed me saying it had a delay in shipping and will take another week! I waited 1 week for my order to ship and after it was said to be "shipped", for another week it did not notify me of ANYTHING or maybe it just didn't move at all. Now they're saying there was a delay. Absolutely disappointing. 3-4 weeks already takes enough considering the fact that I paid an extra $14 for shipping for it to come faster but all that gone to waste! Will not be ordering again.

ELF Cosmetics is amazing! I had gotten an unfortunate haircut from another establishment and she spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. She's so skilled and so sweet. Highly recommend!

Ordering is fast, all information about the product is available, I make the second order in this online store, and both purchases please, delivery on time, on the agreed date.

This is my all time favorite make up and (silly me) always bought it at Target because it was convenient. Little did I know you could just order direct AND it saves you money; I'm all in on always ordering direct now. The package came relatively fast but it was missing an item. I reached out to customer service a couple of days later to let them know and they got the missing item in the mail immediately, I mean WOW. There was no arguments, no making me feel like I was trying to scam them, nothing; just an honest apology and made it right. Hands down 10 out of 10 great experience.

The site is hard to navigate. I never received emails until I lodged a complaint. I bought quite a few products, two separate times and the service was the worst ever.

After many emails back and forth, they totally ignored my complaints.
Staying away from this company. There are other drug store cosmetics companies that appreciate you as a customer and offer better products.
