I've already talked with customer service, I've received this question before. Yes, I recieved the order, logo was wrong, new shipment is supposed to be on it's way soon.

Very happy with the ball that arrived. 1st time customer, so I was slightly worried about getting such a good deal, but justified it because it was the outdated model. So it was awesome when the package arrived early and was the new 2023-2027 version of the ball. I will be shopping here again!

We were having a budget issue with our program and my husband and I wanted to contribute. When I saw the ad, I didn't believe it. I ordered 36 pairs of pants between $. 49 to.$. 99 per pair. I spent more on shipping than for the order. When we received the pants, they were not only a good deal, they were quality and THAT is the best part of the entire process. Communication was good the item looks like the picture however it is very thin and lightweight I thought it would be a thicker material the logo came out nice!

The items I ordered on the website were listed as youth large. When I received the items, they could fit me as a 5'5" adult. When I reached out to return the items, I would have had to pay $85 to ship the items back. The whole situation was awful and due to poor item description I am now out $85.

I purchased an Alabama outdoor tv cover. We haven't opened it yet because it's a Christmas gift. Purchase and delivery was easy.

Prior to ordering, I verified that the item I wanted was showing a older model on the website. Even though my previous order was fulfilled with an updated model. I placed the order hoping that it would be the new model that I received. Thankfully, it was.

Had a huge selection of closeouts and was able to find everything I was needing.

Hi, I just received my package, but it's missing what I requested. The hat and the backpack did not come with the logo I ordered.
